Both offer a private outdoor hot tub. Our lodges are the premium option, built to domestic construction standards with larger footprints, higher-spec interiors, and exclusive benefits like pre-arrival concierge service, free EV charging, and surf kit hire. Our luxury caravans with hot tubs allow you to compromise space and extra features for a lower price point whilst still delivering on location and your own private outdoor hot tub.

Our hot tub accommodation is available for most of the year, from early Spring and Easter right through into the cooler months in Autumn and October half term. In fact, this can be the best time to make the most of your private hot tub, with crisp sea air and starlit skies making every soak feel that little bit more special.

Pets aren't permitted in lodges or Surf Village caravans with hot tubs. at Woolacombe Bay. However, there are designated pet friendly Diamond caravans at Twitchen House. Yes. Our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned and regularly checked to help ensure they are safe and hygienic for your stay. A full water change, pipework and liner clean, and replacement filter are carried out between every set of guests. The hot tub is then refilled on the day of your arrival, so it may not be fully warm and ready for comfortable use until the evening.

For your safety, our teams carry out frequent water-quality checks throughout your stay and will take corrective action if required. If any measures affect when the hot tub can be used, we’ll let you know how long this will take.

You'll receive a full copy of hot tub use instructions when you arrive on holiday but before booking please be aware you'll need to follow these important hot tub rules:

• Children under 5 years old and dogs must not use the hot tub.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Keep the hot tub covered when it is not in use, a cover is provided.
• Hot tubs are emptied from 8am on your day of departure, so please do not use them after this time.
