Accessible accommodation options
Your accommodation should be a place where you can unwind. That’s why we offer a range of disabled-friendly, mobility-adapted caravans, located at Twitchen House Holiday Park. With reserved parking space right next to the caravan, and its perfect location on a flat area with wider pathways, you can be confident that you can access your accommodation freely.
The caravan itself features ramp access to the entrance door, a wet room with seating in the shower, sliding doors and a trapeze lift handle in the main bedroom. They're suitable for guests who depend on a wheelchair or have limited mobility with support. There's pet-free and dog-friendly options and because adapted caravans need more space inside to move around, they are all 2-bedroom sleeping up to 6 guests.
For our disabled guests on a camping and touring holiday, we offer super pitches that are on flatter areas with easier access to the shower block and have wheelchair accessible toilets.

How accessible and flat is each holiday park?
How accessible and flat is each holiday park?
We'll be honest, flat isn't a term many would associate with North Devon, but that doesn't mean it's not suitable for an accessible holiday. Even though they are very near to each other, the terrain on our Parks does vary. Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park has some steep areas so is not best suited for guests with limited mobility. If you'd like to know the terrain on each site and accessibility information for facilities please take a look at the access guide.
Am I able to bring an assistance dog?
Am I able to bring an assistance dog?
We warmly welcome assistance dogs not just in our adapted wheelchair-friendly accommodation but in all our accommodation for no extra charge. All you need to do is make your booking online without selecting any pets, and when you've booked contact our team - once they've received a copy of either your dog's registration certificate or certificate of insurance, they'll add it to your booking free of charge.
Please note, this does not include emotional support dogs which are considered as pets where the usual dog friendly rules apply.

We do not offer a hire service at Park. However, we partner with Braunton Mobility, a local company that provides various mobility aids for rent. You can either pick up the pre-booked rented items on your way to our holiday parks or request delivery to the reception of your booked Park.
