A variety of activities for the children to enjoy. The pool at Twitchen was an added bonus for the kids, especially of an evening where it raised up to a shallower depth. The singer also in Twitchen, who was on Wednesday night, was a brilliant addition to the stay. The weather was amazing too.

Me and my daughter love how friendly and lovely all the staff were and always welling to help when you need it. The entertainment was brilliant are we really enjoyed taking part in it all. The swimming pool was my daughters favourite part of the holiday. The caravan was so lovely too.

Where do the reviews come from?

Guests who book directly through our website and stay at one of our holiday parks may be invited to complete a post-stay survey. This helps ensure that the reviews published on our website are based on genuine guest experiences. Unlike some other review sites, the reviews and star rating are solely from verified guests who have stayed on our holiday parks.

How are ratings and reviews used?

We process and publish reviews in accordance with applicable UK laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These are solely generated from the post-holiday questionnaire which is emailed to guests at the end of their holiday. The survey has two parts:

1. Internal feedback (not published)

The first section focuses on operational feedback. Guests may rate aspects such as entertainment, facilities, and cleanliness, and provide comments. This information is used internally to improve our services and support our holiday park teams. It is not published on our website.

2. Public review (published on our website)

In the second section, guests are invited to provide an overall rating (for example, on a scale of 1 to 10) and share feedback on areas such as accommodation, location, surroundings, service, catering, and team members. Guests may also leave an optional comment to help future visitors.

Providing a public rating or comment is entirely optional. Guests can complete the survey without submitting this information. Where a review is submitted, guests can choose to display it either anonymously or using their first name.

Do reviewers receive a reward?

No guests are given an reward or incentive for completing the post-holiday survey as we want to ensure reviews are as transparent as possible. Every survey completed in full is entered into an annual prize draw in December to win a holiday up to 7 nights in a Gold Caravan 3-bedroom the following year, there is no cash or other prize alternative.

Are reviews moderated?

Reviews submitted for publication may be moderated before appearing on our website. We will not publish reviews that include:

Offensive or inappropriate language
Errors in punctuation, grammar or spelling that may change meaning
Personal data, including full names of individual employees
Any information that may infringe privacy or data protection laws
