Location, space and the amenities are very good. Where we were it was very quiet. The BBQ was very good.

The general atmosphere. We loved the cinema. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, along with the slides. The site is generally really well kept. I didn't have an issue with any staff member. Every single one we interacted with was helpful, courteous, smiley, and generally seemed happy to help....

The pool being in use till late because of the adjustable floor. The staff were all so lovely. Caravan was a good size and nice and clean. Overall great value.

The heated pools make such a difference for young families so this is a big selling point Water slides are great to keep kids entertained Good opening times of facilities, e.g. indoor pool open from 8am
