   The location of the caravan park was perfect for us as we are walking the South West Coast path in sections. The caravan itself was spotless, had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't use all of the facilities but those that we did were excellent. We were particularly impressed with all of the staff we encountered. Everyone was very smiley and friendly. We were watching a film in the cinema one evening when the projector bulb blew and we lost the picture. The staff on duty could not have been more apologetic and helpful, ensuring that we had an immediate refund and compensating us with a free drink at the bar. These things happen but the response was superb. The next evening we went over to Woolacombe Bay to watch the same film. It finished quite late and when we emerged from the cinema we were clearly the only people left in the building. Once again the staff were lovely, asking us about the film we had just seen and whether we had had an enjoyable evening. I am sure that after a long shift at work they would have been keen to lock up and go home but you would never have known that from the courteous and friendly way they treated us. So a thoroughly enjoyable break for us. Just sad we couldn't stay longer, this time at least!!

   Great location, clean caravan, all you need on site and a short drive to external facilities and places. Love that food can be delivered to the caravan, such a good idea!

    Staff are welcoming and great! the team are always friendly and seem like they are having fun which shines through. entertainment is always a cheesy laugh and the facilities get better and better every time we come. kids have a lot to do outside and in.

    We had a fab holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see the children enjoying the kids entertainment and learning the dances with Billy and Betty. Jared worked so hard with a very reluctant Audience to make it a good night. The body boarding was an experience enjoyed by me at nearly 70 years old. Would recommend and would love to stay again

    We loved that you no longer have to book the swimming and aren’t limited to one hour. We were super happy that the out door swimming pools and slides were open! It’s a fantastic site with great, clean facilities and all the staff are helpful and nice! We have been staying for almost 8 years and the park and accommodation just keeps getting better!
