We enjoyed spending time in the indoor and outdoor pools across both sites. The children love the flumes, the rope swing in the woods. We loved being able to show up to the swimming pools at any time without having to book. Really great customer service when we did encounter some problems.

The heated outdoor pool and slides. We loved that the pool floor could rise up to create a paddling pool and then also a very shallow play pool later on. We loved that mini golf was included. We liked that we didnt have to book the pool. When it was full one morning, we went to the arcades to wait a bit and we got to swim after. All the staff were friendly, patient and kind.

The bar and food area was very good. Went to Easewell Inn to watch the champions league final - very good. Surrounding countryside lovely. Staff were pleasant and polite.

The pools and slides were excellent as usual. I liked the layout of the new gold vans and the king size bed, although the kids struggled with the daft wardrobe stopping full access to one of the single beds in each room - and all 3 kids have bruises to show!

All the new outdoor water facilities. Kids still enjoyed the indoor pool as well. The grounds were clean, tidy and safe. Bedding, pillows and mattresses (in gold) were excellent, really comfy and good quality. Pull out bed in front room was also good and comfy. Reception and other staff were polite, helpful and smiley ☺️ 😀 😊 both on arrival and during our stay. The shop prices were reasonable. The sunshine 🌞 was a complete bonus, we even tried to extend our stay but you were fully booked. See you soon !!!
