Superior 12ft wide surf-themed caravan sleeping up to 8 with one kingsize master double with Comfort Plus mattress, one twin (2’3” wide beds), one small twin (2' wide beds) and pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Spacious shower room and en-suite WC to the master bedroom. Contemporary open plan living space with comfortable fitted seating area with 32” flat screen TV with DVD player, and separate dining area with table, fitted seating and stools. The swimming pools & slides are good, plus we enjoy the entertainment/bingo. We particularly like the location of the parks, close to the beach and some great days out (Watermouth Castle, Big Sheep)

There is so much I could write in here. This was our first trip and certainly will not be our last. We were absolutely astounded by the variety at the park, the friendliness of all staff, and the helpful nature of everyone we spoke to when we needed something. The kids loved the park, and the outdoor water slides. The adults had a great time at bingo (minus the slightly raucous guests!) and thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit back and relax while the kids were enthralled by The Science Guy! One thing I would like to mention is the security. My daughter (age 7) got separated from us on our first evening (miscommunication between adults!) and when she realised I’d gone, she was scared. She approached the security guard in the entertainment hub, told him she was lost and he took her to reception where she was able to tell them my name and our caravan. His calming reassurance turned an incredibly scary situation into a situation that my daughter recounts to people and talks about the security guard being “so nice”. I never got his name, but I am so grateful for how he handled it.

Loved the park. Great facilities for children. We have twi teenagers so we didn't used the pools as they were too busy with younger children and my two didn't want to go in and we did not use the entertainment. Overall, lovely holiday though.

There was lots to keep the kids entertained, the food quality at bar/restaurant has improved since last year. The canopy looked great, though we didn't get chance to use as it as it was always busy - sign that it was a popular place. The site felt quiet and peaceful - even though it was fully booked. It never felt overcrowded except at the evening entertainment or outdoor pool. Loved the new canopy area which also seemed to ease the amount of people in the main club compared to previous years when trying to find a seat. Always love the pool slides.
