Everybody was so friendly and the park was brilliant the only problem was the step getting in to the caravan as the first step was to high as my wife can’t lift her legs very high as she’s partly disabled but apart from that we had a lovely time with you

We have been several times before because we love it so much, however on this occasion the accommodation wasn’t up to your normal standards, so we mentioned it to reception and our accommodation was changed literally within five minutes, your park is faultless, we’ve tried all the major parks and a number of privately owned five star parks, but you’re one wins hands down, testimony to that is that we are coming back in four weeks time, so looking forward to it already

We had a great stay. The park was the perfect size for us. Our 4 and 1 year old loved the outdoor pool especially the slides. Only down side was the actual pool outside wasn't heated. The park was great because there was a toddler area and an area for older children. The arcade is a favourite in our family but I often worry about my 4 year old running off. However the arcade was just the right size to limit the possibility of this but still had plenty of games and the prize selection was a good variety for kids of all ages. Also very helpful that you could use contactless payment for cash as we left both my purse and husbands wallet at home by mistake! We liked that you could order both food and drinks to the table so we could all stay together without one parent having to go and order. The outdoor decking for the caravan was lovely and great that it had a lockable gate so I didn't have to worry when the kids wanted to go outside. We took the woodland walk to the beach which had stunning views along the way. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We have both said it's the best family holiday we have been on and are planning to return next year.

Comfort of the caravan.Unfortunately we had a large water tank by our caravan which was annoying when trying to relax on the verandah and getting to sleep.Also needed more cupboard space in kitchen.Most were filled with cups,plates,saucepans etc but nothing for general things.
