We have been staying with you for over 15 years. The welcome that we always receive is second to none. We have been fortunate to stay in ‘exclusive’ places such as Champneys Spa, but you honestly beat that hands down for friendliness, true welcoming, amazing facilities, cleanliness, choice of activities and a feeling that we actually matter as guests. All your staff really want to enhance our daily experience with you and this is priceless, thank you! As the children have grown, there is still plenty to keep them occupied. We usually visit with three or four other families at the same time, with children of various ages, and this is our first time on our own. From dressing up for Billy and Betty’s disco when they were toddlers to playing in the arcade ‘on their own’ (as we were a few metres away next door and could actually see them!) the children just love it with you. All this before the main attraction for us- Woolacombe beach. It is just stunning! We do the same things every time we come- walk for miles on the beach and stop for a hot chocolate, and this is what our families remember as pure fun. Now thqt we have booked an hot tub too, it seems so luxurious!! All our friends feel the same, which is why we come back year after year and I cannot say how much we love staying at Twitchen, thank you soooo much!

Twitchen House is a lovely site, clean, well sign posted and well maintained. Our accommodation was great, clean, cosy and comfortable - with fantastic views of the sea.

Hot tub, ex34 activities, especially the wave ride and the coach for that session at 4pm 9n Thurs 23rd, he was brillant with everyone and he engaged really well with my children at all of the activities they took part in. location and feeling safe around site. I have previously reviewed and said about salad not being on the menu as an option so it was really good to see it on the menu as a main option and I did have the roasted veg one (chicken wasn't available on that occasion), thank you for adding this along with the other changes it really does make a difference to those wanting to be healthier and/or on diets.

Location, dog friendly, welcome gifts for dogs, welcome gift for us in beach haven, friendliness of all staff all gave genuine interaction. Queries actioned efficiently with excellent communication. Food delivered to caravan quick tasty and hot. Appreciated the hot tub being checked daily and it was so nice. We are three friends with three dogs and I’ve just booked the 10th stay as soon as I left 🤗
