Mortehoe & Woolacombe Golf Club
Established in 1992 and located at Easewell Farm Holiday Park, the Mortehoe & Woolacombe Golf Club in North Devon has an exceptional headland 9-hole golf course with panoramic sea views, an excellent standard of presentation and an ideal location on the stunning coast of the idyllic North Devon countryside.
The golf course is a challenging 9-hole, 18-tee layout that will test your iron play and particularly your short game. With a fully licensed café bar and fantastic golf accommodation, we have everything you could want for to create the ideal golf break or golfing holiday in the UK.
Sea view golf course
The golf club is situated on a coastal hill in Mortehoe, creating the perfect vantage point for fantastic countryside and sea views. The golf course boasts a challenging 18 tees of shortish play that will test your iron skills, with a course record of 66 strokes (level par). A high standard of course presentation makes it a pleasure to walk even if your golf is a little below par! It's a superb setting to play golf or take a golfing break or holiday in England.
Score cards and course record
The 9-hole golf course is very popular for competitions during the summer, playing off the 9-hole tees. The scorecards below show that the 9-hole and 18-hole tees differ in both length and direction, therefore playing off 18 tees is the only way to fully appreciate the challenge.
Excellent standards
Affiliation to the English Golf Union and Devon County Golf Union ensures excellent standards throughout the golf course. Traditional green keeping methods, outstanding natural drainage and turf care maintenance equipment mean year-round firm, fast and true greens and excellent fairways.

Set out below are the Mortehoe & Woolacombe Golf Course green fees. Societies and groups are always welcome at the golf club, discounts are negotiable for parties of 12 or more for golf breaks or golf holidays in the UK, for more information call our helpful fully trained staff on 01271 870 566.

County Card holders on other Devon courses upon presentation of their card, children aged 16-18 years and students 18-25 years upon presentation of identification to show student status pay £20 for 18 holes and £15 for 9 holes.
Club hire from the golf shop
The cost of hiring golf clubs is £10, which includes a ½ set irons, wood, putter, balls and tees.

There are a multitude of amazing activities in and around Woolacombe and North Devon, something for the whole family. You can enjoy a shopping spree in the popular market town of Barnstaple, go horse riding, ramble on Exmoor, or why not spend the day splashing around at Britain's best beach.
Adrenaline sports available locally include: surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, horse riding, paint ball, quad biking, mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting, even parachuting. Other great active opportunities are regular scuba diving lessons and charter boat trips where you can explore the coast - look out for the elusive dolphins and seals that frequent the waters!
Of course, you don't have to venture far if you stay on one of our holiday parks as they all have superb facilities, and many are free of charge. There are 5 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor flumes, water slides, spa and fitness gym, tennis, coarse fishing, saunas and sunbeds. There's also kid's indoor and outdoor adventure play areas and playgrounds. We also include adventure golf, foot golf and disc golf for the whole family.

Yes, you don't need to be staying on our holiday parks to enjoy Mortehoe & Woolacombe Golf Club. There are pay-and-play green fees and memberships available, and you are also welcome to enjoy The Easewell Arms sports bar. However, please be aware this doesn't apply to any other facilities on Easewell Farm whilst the facilities including free golf activities at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House are exclusively for guests using those facilities who are staying on our holiday parks.
