Reception

Your first stop for anything you need on holiday? Reception! Whether it’s checking in, picking up attraction discount vouchers, asking about local tips, or sorting out a little holiday hiccup, our friendly team are always ready to help. Open daily from 8am to 10pm, it's a place you can think of as your holiday HQ to help you enjoy your seaside holiday - always nearby, always helpful.

Convenience store

Super flexible, self-catering's all about grab and go. So when you want all the ingredients for a seaside picnic or succulent steaks for the barbie, the Nisa convenience stores are here. You'll find Co-op prodcts, a bakery, off licence and household essentials too. They're also priced with family convenience in mind and that too means they're open from 8am to 8pm.

Prize shop

Arcade adventures aren’t just about the thrill of the game, they’re about the prizes too! Collect your tickets from the arcades, watch them stack up, and then head to the prize shop to exchange them for everything from quirky toys to seaside souvenirs. It’s simple, fun, and perfect for little (and big!) players alike to turns those game wins into tangible holiday memories.

Cash machine

Need a little extra spending money for treats, ice creams, or arcade tickets? Contactless and cards are taken on Park but there's also cash machines to make it simple to get cash whenever you need it, so you can enjoy your holiday without any last-minute worries. Quick, convenient, located in reception and so they're just a few steps from all the action!

Outdoor play areas

Kids need space to run, climb, and let off steam. The outdoor adventure play areas are perfect for that with swings, slides and climbing features. Each is different but all are safe, fun, and always buzzing with energy, they’re ideal for little adventurers to enjoy the fresh air while parents relax nearby. It’s simple holiday fun that keeps everyone smiling.

Indoor soft play area

All weather fun for younger ones aged up to 8 years, the multi-level indoor play areas have slides, ball pools and obstacles all in a safe, padded play area. So in comes unlimited fun, out goes bumps and bruises. Conveniently located in the all-day café bar restaurants it means you can finish your meal or enjoy a relaxing drink as they let off extra steam.

Launderette

We really have thought of everything! Our modern launderettes have fast washing machines and big tumble driers plus irons too if you're travelling light or don't fancy doing the washing when you get home. You'll find washer-dryers in most of our lodges, but this is the great option for guests staying in our other accommodation or if you're camping and touring.

EV charging point

There are electric car charging points in the main car parks at all our Parks, that means you can confidently travel from home to Woolacombe and back, as well as day trips around unspoilt North Devon. But if you are staying in a lodge, then its has a dedicated charging point with free electicity so you can leave your car charging overnight to explore in the day.

Connecting to the charging point

All our EV charging points are un-tethered so you will need your own Type 2 cable to plug into the charging bollard. This type of cable is supplied with most electric cars by the dealer. We do not have cables available for loan or hire.

EV charging points in car parks

You'll need a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card to make payment through the app. Simply follow the instructions on screen which will show you the current prevailing Kw cost and pay for your electric vehicle charge.
