Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park is the closest of our three Parks to Woolacombe Beach, with the golden sands around a 15-minute walk away. Twitchen House also has a woodland route towards the beach, while Easewell Farm is ideally placed for exploring the coast and South West Coast Path. Whichever Park you choose, Woolacombe Beach is only a short distance away.

Yes. With around three miles of golden sand, there's plenty of space for traditional family beach days, sandcastles, paddling and seaside adventures. The surrounding coastline also offers rock pools, walks and other beaches to explore, so there's plenty to discover beyond simply relaxing on the sand.

Yes. Woolacombe is one of North Devon's best-known surfing destinations, with rolling waves attracting everyone from beginners to experienced surfers. Local surf schools offer lessons and equipment hire, while guests can also enjoy a range of surfing and water sports activities during their Woolacombe holiday.

There are plenty of beautiful beaches and coves to discover along the North Devon coastline. Barricane Beach and Combesgate Beach are both close to Woolacombe, while further afield you'll find many more beaches to explore around North Devon. Barricane is also a great spot for discovering rock pools and marine life.

Yes. Woolacombe Beach is well served by parking, with more than 2,000 spaces spread across several large car parks. This makes driving to the beach an option if you're carrying lots of beach gear or don't fancy making the journey on foot. Car parking is free of charge at Marine Drive car park if you are a National Trust member with your card.

Absolutely. For some guests the beach might be the star attraction, but your holiday doesn't depend on sunshine. Our Parks have indoor swimming pools and a range of indoor activities and entertainment, so there are plenty of ways to enjoy your break when the North Devon weather changes.
