DOG FRIENDLY HOLIDAYS IN DEVON

We love dogs in Woolacombe

As dog owners ourselves, we understand dog owners. This means we understand the importance of having dog friendly accommodation and camping in Woolacombe. For this very reason all 3 of our North Devon Holiday Parks; Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House and Easewell Farm, are dog friendly. Another bonus of visiting Woolacombe with your dog is that they are also free to enjoy Woolacombe Sands Beach all year long.

You're welcome to bring up to 3 dogs

For lots of pet owners, no UK getaway feels complete without their four-legged companion. With the nation’s love for dogs, Woolacombe is the perfect place for a paw-some holiday. Not only can it save on the cost of a dog sitter or kennels, but it also means the whole family can enjoy a holiday park adventure together too.

Bringing your pooch to our Parks

We try to pick self-catering caravans that are situated with easy access to footpaths and the dog friendly beach here. There's lots of them here in Woolacombe and around North Devon… in fact it's got a well-deserved reputation for being doggy heaven!

Dog friendly dining in Woolacombe

At all three of our dog friendly North Devon holiday parks you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend to designated areas in our all-day café bars, so that's the coastal chic of The Bait Ball at Woolacombe Bay, the surf style vibe of Bar 51 at Twitchen House or the homely sports bar The Easewell Arms at Easewell Farm. Each has its own outdoor terrace too where dogs are welcome.

Dog friendly accommodation in Woolacombe

Dogs are welcome in selected self-catering caravans across the range. Silver is brilliant for a base if you're on a budget and there are also wheelchair accessible Gold caravans on offer at Twitchen House to ensure everyone gets to come on holiday. Stretch out with enclosed decking, and for pampered pets and their owners there's Emerald on the front row and Diamond with hot tub.

Booking your pet holiday

You can bring up to 3 dogs in our pet-friendly caravans and must be pre-booked for just £39 per dog per accommodation. Up to three pets are also allowed in your own tent, tourer or motorhome pitch at Twitchen House and Easewell Farm at a cost of £1.50 per pet per night.

Pet packs included

Each pet booked into any of our dog friendly self-catering caravans gets a special welcome pack of all the little extras we hope will improve your stay including a collapsible bowl, large fleece blanket, poo bags and a holder, and a treat tin with dog treats.

Play time for pets

You'll also find water bowls around each of our holiday parks plus plenty of poop bins to help keep our family-friendly Parks pristine. Plus there's even a Woof Park dog play area at Woolacombe Bay, filled with agility obstacles where they run free off leash.

At all times dogs must be on a lead around the grounds of our Parks, dogs are permitted in selected designated areas of our central facilities but this does not include any swimming pool whether indoors or outdoors (except for a clearly marked designated area near the outdoor pool at Twitchen House), spa areas, amusement arcades, cinemas, pottery painting studios, entertainment venues and convenience stores. These restrictions do not apply to registered guide and working dogs.

Dogs are only permitted in designated pet friendly caravans and must be pre-booked. If you arrive with a dog into accommodation which is not pet friendly, including bringing an emotional support dog, then we’ll have to ask the dog to leave the Park immediately and there will be a fee for deep cleaning the accommodation.

Bringing your dog to our Parks

Please respect other pet owners and guests who are wary of or not so keen on dogs: keep dogs on a lead supervised by an adult, always pick up poop, never leave them alone, and note some facility restrictions (not for assistance dogs).
