Indoor pools

Heated indoor pools are open from 8am to 8pm non-stop every day so you can dive into family fun all season long. You've unlimited pool entry included in your break so you can splash around in lively sessions with exciting water features and flumes, or choose a relaxed daily swim if you prefer something calmer.

So don’t let a rainy day stop you from enjoying your seaside escape in Woolacombe with fantastic indoor swimming pools at all three of our Devon holiday parks. However you love to swim, you can simply turn up and enjoy… there's no need to book.

Feeling adventurous? Prepare for a swashbuckling voyage at Castaways fun pool in Woolacombe Bay with a pirate-themed indoor water play area fun for all ages. Enjoy fountains, slides and brave water jets as you splash your way through coloured sculptures and run from the dreaded drench bucket! Or want something a bit more laid-back and relaxed? Woolacombe Bay’s indoor heated pool and bubbly relaxation area are perfect for letting the stresses of everyday life melt away.

Ready for some serious splash action? The indoor heated pool at Twitchen House is aptly called Jungle Falls fun pool as it's home to two epic water slides on a scale not found at any other holiday park in Devon and Cornwall. Ride the Duo Tunnel slide alone or as an adult and child; perfect for smaller kids who don't want to miss out on all the fun. The Aquatube single rider speed slide is a rapid race to the bottom, with tight turns of spiralling awesomeness on one of the fastest, wettest rides you'll find anywhere. For little ones, there’s a toddler pool for those very first splashes.

Relax in our simple indoor swimming pool ideal for gentle swims or building confidence in the water. With no slides or splash features, there’s plenty of space to stretch out an swim a few lengths at your own pace. They’re also great for younger swimmers looking for a quieter place to practise and improve their skills.

Indoor pools do not require pre-booking, just turn up when you want to swim wearing the wristbands you'll get at check-in and we'll let you in, or if the pool is already full you'll be asked to wait outside until space is available for you. During busy times we will be operating a staggered entry system to ensure that we maintain safe swimmer numbers for everyone's enjoyment.

All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult, non-swimmers and under 8s must be accompanied in the water. One adult may supervise up to 3 children, please ensure your book sufficient spaces. Children 9-17 years who are competent swimmers must be accompanied by an adult, but they can remain poolside and do not need to be in the water. Height and weight restrictions may apply to waterslides, to use the slides children must be toilet trained (no nappies or swim nappies) and accompanied by an adult.

Flumes and water features will not run for the full 8am to 8pm opening, there will be sessions advertised on Park which are quieter swim sessions.

Mobile phones and cameras are prohibited in all pool areas.

Outdoor pools

Go wild with the kids, zoom down the flume or feel great by swimming a good few lengths. The fun continues outdoors with top fantastic water facilities at the two larger holiday parks. Both Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House each have arm-raising, scream-inducing water slides including twisting single rider slides and an impressive 3-lane multi-slide.

The SplashPad at both Parks is a must-do for the little ones - dodging geysers, water jets and braving spray hoops is buckets of fun! If you're looking for a more relaxing pool experience, the heated outdoor pools are open 10am to 6pm from mid-May to mid-September, allowing you to make the most of your summer dip. Each outdoor pool is heated, sparkly clean and within arm's reach of a fully stocked bar for refreshments.

Jaw-dropping views, brand new in 2023, this outdoor pool complex at combines fun with sustainability as the water is warmed by environmentally-friendly air source heat pumps.

Right in the hub of the holiday park and totally redeveloped in 2025, this outdoor pool has a lifting floor so it becomes a water play ground for aqua aerobics and games too.
