Where are Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks?
Our three holiday parks are all in and around Woolacombe and Mortehoe on the North Devon coast, close to Woolacombe Beach and the South West Coast Path. Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park sits above Woolacombe and is our closest Park to the main beach, while Twitchen House and Easewell Farm are near Mortehoe, directly opposite each other.
The Parks are only a short drive apart, and staying at any one gives you access to facilities across all three. That means you can choose the location and atmosphere that suits you best without missing out on the pools, activities and entertainment elsewhere.

Woolacombe Bay is our nearest park to the beach. By car, it's about 5 minutes (0.8 miles) via a narrow single-track lane with passing places. For a more comfortable drive, stay on main roads for a 5-10 minute trip.
The closest walk to the beach takes around 15 minutes, but it's steep and not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs due to stiles on the path. An alternative is walking along Sandy Lane with a pushchair or wheelchair, but be cautious of vehicles.

To reach the beach from Twitchen House by car, it's about a 5-minute drive through the picturesque village of Mortehoe.
There are several footpaths from the holiday park:
1. 'Donkey path' through National Trust land takes around 28 minutes.
2. To Combesgate Beach, it's about 15-20 minutes from the holiday park. This path is less steep and suitable for smaller children, with open grass and woodland.

Easewell Farm is right across from Twitchen House, so the drive is the same, about 5 minutes.
For a walk, it's easier to head to Twitchen House and follow the directions from there.

All three Parks are around a five-minute drive from the coast, depending on your route and traffic

You can also walk between Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House using a public footpath across National Trust land, although this route isn't suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Yes. Twitchen House and Easewell Farm are quite literally opposite each other. You can also walk between Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House over a public footpath over National Trust land (dashed red line on the above map) although it's not suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. You can also drive between the holiday parks in just a few minutes with car parks located by each central facilities area.

Stagecoach operates the 31 and 303 bus routes where you can take advantage of day rider, flexible multi-trip tickets and accept nationally recognised bus passes.
