Yes, each holiday park has a convenience store with off-licence. Open from 8am to 8pm our Nisa convenience stores at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House are well stocked so you can avoid local supermarkets. At Easewell Farm times vary according to the number of guests on Park and are displayed outside the shop.

Yes! All of our holiday parks have self-service launderettes that are open daily from 8am to 10pm and fully equipped with modern washers, dryers, irons and ironing boards. You can pay for washes and dries using contactless card payment or an app and you can set up an alert to tell you when the load has finished, please bring your own detergent and fabric softener which are also available to purchase in the Nisa convenience stores on the holiday parks.

Here’s a handy guide to the opening times for some of the most popular activities and facilities:

• Reception: open daily from 8am to 10pm, then night security team is available from 10pm to 8am and can be reached by calling reception.
• Indoor swimming pools: open daily from 8am to 8pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a swim during your stay. At Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House, pools are lifeguarded during our main operating hours with all features open including pirate play area at Woolacombe Bay and the waterslides at Twitchen House in term time from 10am to 5pm and school holidays from 9am to 6pm.
• Outdoor swimming pools: open daily from 10am to 6pm from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
• All-day café bars at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House: breakfast served from 8:30am to 11:30am, lunch and dinner menu served from 12pm to 9pm with take away available until late.
• Indoor soft play area: open daily from 8am til 9pm.
• Surf Village surf hire: available for all guests staying in any Lodge from 9am to 11am Tuesday & Saturday.
• Cinema: open from 9am daily, you can view the latest cinema timetable at reception.
• Launderette: open daily from 8am to 10pm.
• Nisa convenience store: open daily from 8am to 8pm, shop opening times may vary at Easewell Farm.

Yes! We have cash machines at both Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House. There is a small charge for cash withdrawals from these machines. You can also get coins from the change machines in the amusements arcades by tapping your debit card (not available with credit cards).

We accept both cash and card payments for purchases made on all our holiday parks, but please note that bingo and amusement arcades are cash-only.

Yes! Local supermarkets in Ilfracombe and Barnstaple can deliver to our Parks. To help your delivery go smoothly, please:

• Arrange your delivery for after your arrival time
• Make sure the supermarket has a valid mobile number for you
• Let reception know when you arrive that you're expecting a delivery
• Arrange to meet the delivery driver when they arrive at the Park

Your accommodation location will be allocated when you arrive. For guest privacy and security, our team cannot tell delivery drivers where you are staying or provide your accommodation location so the driver will need to contact you directly when they arrive.

Please note that we’re unable to accept or store deliveries on your behalf and cannot take responsibility for deliveries made by third-party supermarkets.

At The Easewell Arms located on Easewell Farm, you can view the most recent sporting events with Sky Sports and BT Sports. Upon arrival at the Park, check out the sports timetable available at each reception to plan your viewing.

Our swimming pools and other facilities at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House are exclusively for guests staying on our holiday parks and are not open to day visitors.

This is partly due to planning restrictions, but it also helps us make sure guests who have booked a holiday with us get the best possible experience and access to the facilities.

If you live locally and would like to use the facilities, you’re very welcome to book a holiday or short break with us. Many local guests do just that, particularly outside the main holiday periods. You can view our latest holiday offers here.

The local bus, services 31 and 303, conveniently stop right outside Twitchen House and Easewell Farm. However, if you choose to take the bus to Woolacombe Bay, please note that there is a longer roadside walk with no designated pathways leading to the holiday park entrance. Alternatively, we have partnered with local taxis to offer discounted travel to Woolacombe village.

Our electric vehicle charging stations are untethered, which means that you will need to bring your own Type-2 cable to connect to the charging bollard. This cable is usually included with the purchase of an electric vehicle from a dealership. You can make your payment through the Project EV Pro app, which will guide you through the process and show the current Kw cost for your electric vehicle charge.

Free car charging: if you book one of the lodges, your parking includes a free designated charging station.

Please do not charge your vehicle from your accommodation or camping and touring pitch. The electrical supplies available at these locations differ from those found in a typical home, and doing so could potentially harm the electrical circuit of your plot, as well as those nearby. To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, we reserve the right to impose a £50 fee if we discover a vehicle being charged from our supplies.
