We started out our holiday fantastic, friendly and welcoming staff at check in, instantly started with loads of fun around the pools, in and out of the arcades, lots of things to do on site for all ages. Halfway through our holiday, our daughter had a serious life-threatening incident. The staff were more than fantastic. They responded quickly, assisted with the emergency services and they quite literally helped save her life that day, we will be forever grateful for the fast response, the professionalism and the friendliness and support of the team in one of the hardest days. When we finally returned to the park, everybody was asking how she was and nothing was too much for them. They helped us when we had missed activities due to being in Hospital by booking us onto different ones so the other kids didn’t miss out, 100 out of 10 for this park and we will be back next year!

The general atmosphere. We loved the cinema. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, along with the slides. The site is generally really well kept. I didn't have an issue with any staff member. Every single one we interacted with was helpful, courteous, smiley, and generally seemed happy to help. A few spring to mind by name, whereas some I didn't get. Our caravan was at the top of the site which was a bit of a slog to walk several times a day, but not a lot you can do about that.

Whatever Twitchen are doing, they are doing it right. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The facilities are fantastic and our holiday was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Twitchen to anyone

We came during the heatwave and spending time by the outside pool was just spot on! When the pool was made into a splash pad the kids had an amazing experience. We loved the opening hours and was the best way to spend a week of sun! Overall has been a holiday we will not forget. Food was lovely and all the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back.
