   We were a little worried we would run out of things to do, having booked for 7 days, but this was not the case at Twitchen House...Having access to 3 parks was what made us book in the first place, we walked over to Woolacombe Bay to make use of the facilities there also and for a change of scenery! We loved the activities available for booking, kept our 3 kids entertained for the 7 days we were there! Also the pools were a winner, if we weren't doing activities we were in the pools, the slides were a favourite! The staff were all very friendly and no question was too much bother, one lady in reception also shown took us down to the area we were looking for, with no bother at all. It was lovely to stay on a park where staff weren't miserable, which has happened previous parks we have stayed on! There was plenty of areas to walk our dog and was handy to have the poo bags available if you're caught short on a walk, also plenty of bins to dispose of dog waste. We had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutely love to return again!

   Wonderful place, caravan was situated in Light House area what seems so quiet and private in this such busy May Half term season. We enjoyed every moment. Thanks for all your kindness and hardworking! This year we didn’t need to booked indoor swimming pool what it such great idea. More freedom, less stress with timekeeping be in the pool on time. Huge thanks for that!!!

   Park was very clean and tidy, well kept, lovely features like the wild flowers by our van on E field. Vans all very thoughtfully placed to maximise the lovely views. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were here to celebrate my nieces 18th birthday (we spent many happy holidays here when she was little). We were able to re-create some fab pictures from childhood including a special moment with billy and betty with the help of the lovely lady in the paint a pot shop and the ents team. Fabulous welcome on arrival by Richard at reception.

    Everything! We always stay here when in Devon. The parks are the best around. Love that we can book any number of nights, especially over half term. We added 2 extra nights before ac weekend stay which was perfect.

    The customer service on this holiday has been exceptional. It’s not often you get such consistency anywhere. All the staff have been friendly and helpful especially in very hot conditions this week. My son has particularly enjoyed waving at the waste teams when he’s seen them around the park.

    I don’t normally write reviews however; we and a 5star holiday. Staff constantly working hard, professional & welcoming. Constantly cleaning was positive to see. A good range of activities for the children & always something to entertain them. Easy access to the swimming pools & access to all parks. Life is made easy by staying with you, as everything is convenient and the facilities. The park is maintained, cleaned and the gardens, flora and fauna are well maintained and managed. The services are constantly well stocked & the refuse company remove waste every day. The sites are kept clean and tidy even in high season. Well done, we had a great time and will definitely return.
