   Very enjoyable easy to book and arrival was very smooth. Reception staff were very attentive and helpful always welcoming and friendly. Swimming pools were good but outside pool simply too busy not enough seating. Would have liked a shallow outdoor pool similar to the one inside. Saying this we used the indoor pool and had a lovely time. Evening entertainment with Billy and Betty great for the kids. I would recommend holiday to anyone but would say best to avoid school holidays dread to think how busy it gets at the height of the Summer hols.Definitely will be back

   Another amazing stay at Twitchen House Holiday Park! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The indoor and outdoor pools are both excellent, and the splash pad is brilliant for keeping the kids entertained. The EX34 activities were a real highlight of our holiday. The staff running the climbing wall, surf simulator, bungee trampolines, and aqua rollers were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our caravan was superb—spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The entire site is beautifully maintained, with everything kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The on-site shop is also very well stocked, making it easy to pick up anything you need. This was another fantastic holiday, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Twitchen House Holiday Park!

   What a magical experience! Twitchen House gave us one of the most meaningful holidays we’ve ever had. The staff didn’t just do their jobs — they went above and beyond in ways that genuinely touched us. Every smile, every bit of help, every thoughtful gesture made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. It’s rare to meet people who make a place feel like home, but they did exactly that. The park cleanliness was outstanding. Every path, every corner, every facility felt spotless and lovingly maintained, which made the whole experience feel calm, safe, and relaxing. The facilities were incredible — modern, fun, and full of life. My son, who uses a wheelchair, was able to enjoy everything thanks to the thoughtful accessibility built into the site. Watching him join in with the entertainment team, laughing and fully included, meant the world to me. Their kindness and inclusivity were unforgettable. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for wandering in the sunshine. The pools were a huge highlight — sparkling, warm, and full of joy. And the lovely weather made every moment feel even more magical. Food and drink tasted fantastic, and the prices were refreshingly reasonable. It felt good to sit together, enjoy great meals, and not worry about overspending. Twitchen House didn’t just give us a holiday. It gave us memories filled with happiness, ease, and gratitude. We left with full hearts and a hope to return. On a serious note I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff for the way you cared for my granddaughter after her seizure. In one of the most terrifying moments of our lives, you were calm, professional, and so reassuring. Your training was clear in every action you took, but what meant even more was the compassion behind it. You didn’t just look after her — you looked after us. I will never forget your kindness.

    We had a really lovely week at twitchen house, everything was clean and tidy throughout the caravan and the site, the majority of staff were helpful friendly and polite, the pools were great when they weren’t too busy.

    We really enjoyed this site and children and grandchildren had freedom to roam around as not an overly huge site. All the facilities were amazing. Beaches stunning. Had such quality time as a family and lots of laughter. Will definitely be back!!

    Beautiful location. Excellent location for Morte, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe via the walks, driving or bus. The outdoor pool was amazing and loved evenings spent at the bar over looking the pool. Richard on reception was wonderful and a credit to your team, polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
