   Our children love swimming and spent so much time in both pools, I think the no booking system worked well. Staff were all very friendly, entertainment was good. Could do with more food variety in the entertainment room

   Absolutely loved the layout of the caravan, it seemed more spacious than caravans we’ve stayed in before. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. I loved the food delivery to the caravan, especially on the first night. Swimming was great, just a shame we were unable to use the outdoor pool and splash pad, but that’s the weathers fault!

   The Canopy acoustic music area each evening was amazing. Brilliant musicians and lovely chilled out vibes. With neuro diverse kids, they find the loud entertainment room overwhelming, but absolutely loved this area. Huge point of difference to other perks and the type of thing that would make us visit again so keep doing this.

   This was our third holiday here. Absolutely love it! My boys are so relaxed and enjoy all the activities, we are relaxed knowing they are safe and happy. Definitely coming back next year and the year after and the year after! This holiday park definitely makes UK holidays perfect xx

   We had a lovely stay at Twitchen House. The caravan was good, although it could have been a little cleaner. The facilities were great, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location is beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We’d happily visit again.

   Being able to use all sites is a great bonus the caravans are comfortable and clean so made a good base.

   The team: From the welcoming team to checkout and everyone in between we've received the best customer service we could ask for, high praise from us to all the team members for being friendly and accommodating thank you. Accommodation: Gold 2 bed caravan was spacious enough for family of 4, two adults, one child and baby. Entertainment: Our son loved the space ranger entertainment on Friday evening, we wished to see more but unfortunately couldn't get a table. The evening guest performers sounded excellent from our caravan as we were close to the action, we didn't get chance to physically go watch but hopefully next time we can! Swimming pools: We all loved the pools and slides, they never felt overly busy considering the volume of people on site. Food and drink: Restaurant food and service was great even at peak times. Pizzas in particular were fantastic. Fairly priced non alcoholic drinks too. Extra: EV chargers on site are brilliant, very reasonably priced. The additional cot hire was well worth the money, clean, safe and secure. Overall we have had a fantastic weekend, however it did not feel long enough to experience everything on offer, we didn't book any of the kids paid activities, but they looked great, we hope to return for a week next time!

   Been coming for 27 years first time with our baby. The place is like a time capsul the core hasnt changed visually but extremely well kept brings back loads of memory's. The new canopy idea is amazing with a new born that worked perfectly with a space that is calm and peaceful. Food in the canopy and restraunt reasonably priced for the park and quality is really good.

    We had a wonderful first stay here, our 12 and 4 year old had the best time, the place was spotless, great food and loads for the kids to do, we will definitely be back!

    The park is great for all ages. My children especially loved the outdoor pool and water slides,along with the evening shows. Our caravan was perfectly located next to the forest entrance and had a nice secluded deck. We had a great time at Twitchen
