Great entertainment, my daughter and I loved the mini disco every night and the entertainment might come after it and the bar service was great and very family orientated. We would definitely be booking again for next year.

The staff really made the place in my opinion. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly , polite and super helpful . Some stand out people, the forest school Chris was so informative and had such a great way with the kids. Great sessions! Drew in the bar helped us carry our bags in between shifts just to be extra helpful . The arcade staff were so helpful and kind and patient with the kids. The lifeguards made the inflatable session extra fun and were so helpful when I hurt my finger . Very professional and efficient and a great manner with kids. All reception staff , very warm and welcoming and ready to help. I found the pool area very busy and a bit too crushed. Hard to get seats. Also in the evenings it was very hot and stuffy in the entertainment room and hard to get a seat .
