The staff were very helpful and quick to respond The cleanliness of the site and grounds maintenance was exceptional Access ramp for wheelchair users was brilliant due to being very wide with plenty of room to manoeuvre into the caravan.

Not a great deal, it was a nihhtmare, due to the following, the bathroom floor was very slippery, the bathroom door kept closing on me, which is not great when u have poor mobility. Also the kitchen light wasn’t working properly, also the bed was really hard , also it’s no good for someone who is disabled due to not being an up and down bed, also the settee is awful and uncomfortable, where is the chair needed for someone who is disabled. Also the toilet doesn’t flush properly.

As a couple in our 50's and one of us being disabled, there were elements of the park that were not the perfect match for us. We should have done a little more research before booking. But our caravan was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Check in was smooth with staff being helpful and friendly. The various facilities were great, just more suited to young families, this wasn't too much of a problem as we mostly visited places in the local area. Overall we would definitely recommend this park to a family with young children.

The pools, outdoor fun, booked activities, softplay, arcade and bar entertainment were excellent. Food unfortunately was tasteless in our opinion and service very very slow. Even when we ordered just a coffee in what seemed a quiet time it was very slow to arrive. Everywhere on site was extremely clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Disappointed that the cinema wasn't more accessible for me as a wheelchair user, had to use a staff lift if need which was off putting. Our caravan was very accessible. Slight mold in the bathroom. Not much food storage space but with managed. The beds were not very comfortable particularly for me. Could do with the option of a mattress topper or a new mattress, it was very hard. Meant sleeping very difficult. But I didn't want to complain. Overall we had a fabulous time with our 7 year old grandson and would definitely consider coming again. Thank you 😊

Great entertainment, my daughter and I loved the mini disco every night and the entertainment might come after it and the bar service was great and very family orientated. We would definitely be booking again for next year.
