   The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Surf village is nicely spaced out so we felt we had privacy and it was fairly quiet. The pool was lovely.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Woolacombe Bay. The weather was glorious which allowed us to make great use of the walk down to the seafront and beach. The park itself was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings.

   The views. Flumes and slides in the pool. Friendly staff. You can use all 3 parks facilities easily. New caravans but some of the fittings were of poor quality. Tom was a big hit who did the crazy bugs with my daughters made it really fun and enjoyable.

    Wonderful location in Surf Village.Caravan was amazing.Facilities and activities for the Grandchildren who were 10 and 16 years old and reasonably priced.We reported an issue with the hot tub and a manager came out straight away which was unexpected .He was most helpful and issue was quickly resolved next morning .Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

    All of. Our accommodation was stunning, we were missing towel bundles when we checked in but one call to reception and that was resolved quickly and without hassle.

    Almost everything. This is our 3rd year back on holiday, 2nd year on the same plot (although the van and hot tub have been upgraded). We love our spot as it has plenty of space for the children to play near the vans, the upgraded vans are beautiful. We love the space in the surf village - we have a child with a medical condition which leads to him becoming exhausted quickly, having the option to play near the van with siblings or holiday friends or sit on the grass and still be involved the games but not be far from facilities and a place to rest makes the holiday for all of us as a family. The general feel of all the sites is really friendly and welcoming. Twitchen house has had brilliant improvements since our first year, it’s sad to see the forest area reducing for explorers base, although still impressive they can hold good activities in their area and the canopy area looks beautiful. The science dude was superb, the staff were friendly and helpful as always.
