   - luke (shrek guy) entertainer - arcade - outdoor swimming pool -female lifeguard from Shropshire -hottub on the caravan and the man who maintained it - spa experience - food and bevarage staff were incredible all week - There was a blonde women on the reception who made us feel welcome all week long with her cheery attitude

   The outdoor and indoor pools were great, staff were friendly. It wasn't too crowded when we went which was nice. Lots to do for toddlers and bigger kids

   It was a perfect place to come with a toddler and newborn. Lots of things to do to entertain the toddler making it a fabulous, stress free weekend. The outside swimming facilities were fantastic!!!!

   Not having to book the swimming pools was very good! Pools were great, we used both indoor and outdoor pools at Woolacombe Bay. Pottery painting was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Loved our hot tub too!

    We loved swimming and using the water slides at Woolacombe Bay. We also really enjoyed Billy & Betty Beachball shows & breakfast and the inflatable axe throwing was really good fun! We also enjoyed the peaceful setting of Surf Village. Relaxing in the hot tub was lovely!

    First time staying here, won’t be the last. What a beautiful site, plenty to do and see. So close to some amazing beaches and perfect seas for some body boarding. Had a fantastic family holiday. My boys loved it, especially the hot tub. Will be back in 2027.

    Great location. Hot tub was lovely and quiet area away from main clubhouse. Good reasonably priced on site shop. Takeaway delivery to caravan.

    We loved the accommodation which is always extremely clean and well Maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are always so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble! The entertainment by outside entertainers was always great!

    Very nice holiday park, clean, safe and well laid out. Our diamond caravan too was very clean and comfortable. We were staying with our 9 year old grandson who had a wonderful holiday and loved his stay. We are aged 73 and 76 and found the entertainment slightly limiting for our age but understand that it was mainly centred around the families. We also found the food restricted, mainly burgers, fries, pizza and would have liked a more varied menu. We tried to get a coffee in the bar area not far from reception around 9.00pm but were told that they had stopped serving it, which was quite disappointing and surprising. We also ordered pancakes with chocolate sauce for our grandson’s breakfast, only to be informed that they had run out of Nutella, which again was disappointing as we would have thought there would be a sufficient supply of this food product. Overall though we had a very good holiday.

    We took the grandchildren with us and watching them enjoy all the facilities we could fit in was magic. Just sorry we couldn’t fit in more during our 4 night stay. The lodge had everything we could want, BBQ, hot tub, even a dishwasher
