Everyone is so friendly and helpful, fantastic, clean facilities and such amazing entertainment on site. Lots of fantastic activities to do with our toddler, and love how we can use both Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House site for it all! Absolutely loved our first stay in a surf village lodge too!!

I stayed at woolacombe bay park, which I thought was well run, kept very clean and tidy. All staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful . Although we stayed in Woolacombe bay, Wished we had stayed at Twitchen as that’s where all outside activities for younger children were, we had 4 young ones in our party, so needed to travel over to Twitchen a few times by car, as paths between were unsuitable for pushchairs, as was the path to the beach.

Really was a friendly happy place, I’m awaiting major surgery an just wanted a quick little break with my twin boys, although we live 300 mile away it was well worth the travel wished we’d booked longer.

I had a son with SEN and the guides who led his climbing and trampoline session were phenomenal with him! Spoke to him brilliantly even when he tried to push a few boundaries (normal for him) they were amazing! I was on my own with him and my daughter and the two guides were lovely at keeping each of them entertained whilst I switched between the two of them to get photos!

Loved almost everything. Lots of great activities and close to so many places and good access to the beach! Staff were fab! Especially Mel in the pottery place. She was very kind and gave us lots of good recommendations for places to go and was very patient with our crazy 3 year old!

The lodge was great. We lowered the cleanliness as the floor was quite dirty and the shared bathroom appeared to get quite wet when you had a shower.

Absolutely love our lodge and the space to move around although disappointed that there was now smart TV so I could use my Firestick in the evening's during bad weather. Our lodge had the best view and a joy to enjoy the Hottube, BBQ. Our Autistic son felt comfortable to explore the area outside our lodge and run of some steam. Beds so comfortable didn't want to get out of them. Loved that the staff are so friendly all over the park and so helpful. Definitely be back again and already recommend to my family, friends, work colleagues. Hopefully be back again this year🤞
