   1st holiday of having a hot tub, the hot tub guy was brilliant and very friendly and we used the hot tub to the max, would definatley get a hot tub on another holiday. The lady at check in was also brilliant and was very informative after knowing we had never visited woolacombe before.

   Lovey site in a beautiful setting, good to be able to use all three. It was quiet around the caravans and greenery was well kept. Loved to be able to walk through the woods and fields to Woolacombe and to the beach. Loved the hot tub, which was very well looked after and maintained, giving us confidence to use it. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance responded well with an issue.

   The team are all absolutely fantastic. Every single person is just so kind, and they are so happy to help. Our hot tub man, Mark, for instance, bought the kids some toys he had left over from previous events so that they could play in the hot tub with them. Everyone is just fab. The entertainment is brilliant and the kids absolutely adore it all. Canopy area looks great too.

   10.10.10.10 we absolutely loved our little family staycation awake with the birds and hanged out with the stars cramming as much as we could into our stay. The hardest part of the holiday with so much fun on offer was trying to fit it all in 120hrs! But we gave it our absolute very best try to squeeze it all in from pottery painting to arcades, wave machine, surf school, water walkers, swimming pools and slides in and out, sunset beach walking and hitting the waves of a day, rock climbing to find mini pools and playing catch and release of crabs and fish, we collected seashells before heading back to our caravan for quick change as the fun didn't stop there we then hit the dance floor with Betty and Billy for some family fun entertainment that was hilarious the kids loved every minute of Showtime then eyes down BUT not for sleep its prize bingo!! No luck this time but still very enjoyable. Once we used the last of our energy on the dance floor we headed back to our diamond caravan and what a diamond it was tucked the kids in bed and enjoyed a well deserved quiet hour or two in our private jacuzzi counting the stars and blessing for the most perfect much needed bonding family time with zero screen time involved or even asked for!!! Hands down the best value for money family holiday we have been on in years food was top notch every area of the site was spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing so welcoming, approachable and very helpful in every activity we done we really enjoyed because of the staff. Our first ever holiday at woolacombe bay and certainly won't be the last and I have already recommended to everyone I know. 10 out 10 highly recommend woolacombe bay holidays for the perfect family care free holiday we fell in love with the beach so much and ended up staying a spare of the moment extra night in the area next time we will 💯 stay longer xx

    The park is great, we loved the location, we loved the beaches and the lovely walk down. Plenty to do and lots of friendly staff. Even though we don't have a dog we liked that the park was very dog friendly and there was lots of dogs about. The man who maintained the hot tub (Mark) was great. Enjoyed the bbq and the welcome pack was a nice touch.

    We have had an fab holiday and we really enjoyed the whole experiences at both the Twitchen and Woolacombe sites. Fantastic staff all round the parks who really do put in every effort to make sure everybody is happy and enjoying their holiday.

    3rd year coming back. Location is great as accessibility to the local villages is good as can leave car on site. Really good for dogs. Staff great. Also the weather helped.

    Some of the staff were really friendly, we loved the position of our caravan, we stayed in lighthouse beach haven and we were able to watch the sunset every night and the sunrise every morning, it was perfect and so beautiful. We were also right next to a field that had cows in it and my children loved watching them.
