The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. We love the caravan we have stayed in it’s location is good, it’s well equipped and the hot tub is absolutely gorgeous.

Nice hot tub. Had food in restaurant each Monday food very poor. Morning before we left I ordered bacon butty it was cold & soggy returned it. They replaced bacon better but only 3 rashers bacon not 4 as advertised poor value. Other people having same problem. Very disappointingb

Everything starting from booking the holiday was brilliant, our favourite place. Food was excellent, hot tub was checked every day. Nothing too much trouble, ladies on reception were so helpful when I needed my car looking at too. Absolutely wonderful break

Really clean accommodation, stunning diamond caravan. Entertainment was great, bingo was amazing (we won the full house!), waterslides were really fun. My son loved the arcade, so many games to play on. All the staff were really friendly. I would like to extend thanks to the maintenance man who serviced our hottub (oldish guy with long hair). He was very friendly and chatty this morning.
