   Caravan was super clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. So many things for the kids to do which was amazing! Food was great at the restaurant and drinks well priced. Great having a full size fridge in the caravan!

   The Park Stars - Rebekah, Eleanor, Lloyd, Thomas and Peter were incredible! Despite being busy at half term, the staff were fun, relaxed and playful and added many magical moments to our stay with three little ones. This was our third year and we will definitely return for a fourth. Thanks so much for the memories - the holiday park is clearly run on wholesome fun which trickles down to the guests. So thank YOU!

   Staff are wonderful. All are happy and smiling, always willing to help. Special shout out to Steve (Ocean bar support) and Libby behind the Ocean bar. All the bar staff, run off their feet every night - still smiling. The Asst bar manager - didn't catch her name, long strawberry blond/brown hair - even managed to get out and properly clean tables during evening show. A table near us had a vomit incident - family were supported and it was cleaned off the carpet within minutes. Next family to sit there were clueless and it smelled lovely and fresh 😂👍

   We stayed at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park during the May 2026 heatwave, which meant the entire country had collectively decided to abandon their homes and slowly melt in Devon instead. And honestly? We had a brilliant time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic. Key collection was quick, easy, and so well organised it almost confused me as a British person because I’d mentally prepared for at least 40 minutes of queueing and mild disappointment. Within no time we were in the caravan and arguing over who’d forgotten the ketchup. The caravan itself was very clean and tidy. There were a few small issues, a couple of blind pull cords had given up on life, the bottom step had a tiny wobble, and the oven cooked food at a pace usually associated with archaeological erosion. But realistically, during one of the hottest weeks Britain has seen, with thousands of people coming and going, these were tiny things and didn’t spoil the holiday at all. The pools were excellent and very clean, although absolutely packed because every person in Britain had apparently reached the same conclusion at exactly the same time: “Water. Find water immediately.” The arcades were great too, with a good selection of games, prizes, and machines specifically designed to turn £20 into a small rubber alien and six paper tickets. The outdoor golf was brilliant fun and caused the standard family debate over whether moving your ball “slightly” with your foot counts as cheating. The pool tables were also well maintained, which was nice because normally holiday park pool tables look like they’ve survived several wars and a flood. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even though they were all working in temperatures usually only experienced by pizzas. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was genuinely excellent. Massive thank you to the kitchen staff especially for somehow producing really high quality meals while working in what I can only assume felt like the inside of Satan’s air fryer. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely come back again. But genuinely, fantastic place, fantastic staff, and a really memorable holiday.

    The whole park catered for all ages and there was plenty to do every day. We were close to lots of interesting places as well that we could visit and enjoy time at.
