   Love this park, have been returning here for over 20 years. This time I booked with a deck, I took a screenshot prior to booking. When we arrived we did not get a deck. We checked the email confirmation and it had defaulted to not having a deck. I was still charged the same money. I raised this with reception, and they just shut me down and tried to claim I hadn't booked this. Even after showing the screenshot they refused to sort this and said I would have to pay extra. Not the service I expect when I come here 3 times per year and bring many family members and visitors with me.

   We have stayed here regularly for years, often more than once a year. The caravan we had this time round was by far the best one. It felt new, clean and pleasant. Really pleased with it. Had a great time.

   We came here out of season, so it was quiet. Very good site facilities, all close at hand to our Gold Star caravan. We only used the 'Ball Bait' restaurant one night (arrival day), but we had a good, sea view table, and the food arrived quickly and was hot: lamb kofta burger and grilled steak. The family facilities (arcade) sound systems were a bit loud, and there was a constantly barking dog, which the family didn't bother trying to stop :( Our waitress was pleasant, and reception staff helpful on arrival. The caravan is very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

   The facilities, pool and centre for entertainment were wonderful, so clean and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved visiting the pool everyday and enjoying the inclusive activities such as adventure golf

   All the staff are so lovely. Receptionists were just amazing so helpful, we arrived earlier and was going to play crazy golf, lady checked and the van was ready so let us in earlier. Great recommendation on some lovely places to dine out at for our daughter’s birthday. Just incredible people.

    Caravan was a great size but the furniture needs replacing (splits all over sofa etc). Pool was lovely. Kids entertainment was great & staff lovely. Food in restaurant very expensive - £8 for a kids meal that doesnt include a drink or dessert! Softplay & arcades very clean. Reception staff really lovely & welcoming. Would be great if there was an option to pay & extend checkout for a few hours. Shop reasonably priced.

    We loved using both the swimming pools lots, we enjoyed relaxing by the soft play and having a drink, but didn’t buy any food there so couldn’t say about the food. The cinema was fab and we loved making the most of the earlybird prices. The arcade was fab and we appreciated them opening it up again because we were going home before it was going to be open again! We loved the panto too, they were very talented. The park and the pool having a beach view was idyllic and when our children are a bit older we’d love to come back and do the walk down to the beach :)
