We all had an amazing time despite the very hot weather.facilities really good reception staff very friendly and helpful.long queue for food and drink in entertainment venue.bar staff not quite so friendly.booked Segway for 2 grandchildren one of which had to go home gave 24 hours notice to cancel but unable to do so very disappointed.
