Everyone is so friendly and helpful, loves the pottery painting and the lady was amazing, So clean everywhere and our lodge was ace !! Even though a dog lodge it was super clean and didn’t smell of dog or anything.

We have been coming and staying with you for 5 years now. The view is also stunning and it feels like home when we are there. We are hapoy to let our children do what they wanted to do, always felt happy knowing if there was an issue in the evening there was stuff there to look after you.

We loved being so close to Woolacombe beach, the swimming pool was great and every meal we had on site was excellent. My younger children loved the evening entertainment. The facilities inside the caravan were great. We had a lovely holiday.

There were so many aspects of the holiday we were impressed with this year. This was our 8th visit to Woolacombe. After a couple of years not always having had the best experiences (we know there has been a lot of change across the parks), this year we saw a definite improvement across the park in comparison to previous years. Can see work has taken place around the grounds. Landscaping was lovely, and the defined parking spaces made a big difference along the road heading into Surf Village. There seemed to be more cleaners around on change over days than in previous years. Reception was well staffed as always and they were always able to help out-great team! The new payment system in the laundrette is a brilliant upgrade. New machines and changes in Golden Nugget meant it was like going to the arcade for the first time. On site supermarket seemed to have improved on previous years. Better stock levels than seen previously. Cinema was brilliant-great to have so many films on rotation and the later files choice each night. Brilliant change. Art Shed-being able to pick up pottery the next day was a game changer. It’s such a brilliant place to go and have some quiet time. Excellent staff who are attentive and the space is so well looked after. The caravan was clean and well presented. Had everything we needed and was what we had expected. The upgrade to the outdoor pool and not having to book indoor pool made a massive difference this year. The slides are brilliant and the fact that they and the pool stayed open when the weather wasn’t great was a bonus. EX34 - there seemed to be more times slots and options this year. Massive improvement on previous years when you sometimes felt like you were scrabbling around for availability. Had a delicious breakfast at the beach bar - fast service, great portions and quality produce. Staff overall were brilliant. They always have a handle on what is happening and react to any issues and always are able to help. Maps to show people the way to walk to Woolacombe etc-brilliant addition. We’d always get lost-no excuse now!! We also visited Easewell Farm and used golf course which was exceptional. Love wave surfer at Twitch House and being able to use amenities there is also brilliant.

The caravan was neat however there was no internet and washing machine and dryer the weather was wet could be better with a washing machine and a tumble dryer plus WiFi that works
