The caravan was clean tidy and in a lovely quiet spot. Amenities were not far away, and were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the freedom the holiday park allowed us, by being able to have entertainment for our child and swimming on site but then the freedom of being able to leave the site and do other activities. The accommodation was a good size for 3 of us.

Our caravan was in a wonderful location very secluded in the Sapphire range. We upgraded when we got there as the caravan we had booked was in a busy location. Reception Anna was really helpful and friendly to help upgrade our stay . We had a fabulous time at woolacombe bay was our first. Have been to Twitchen House several times . Always lovely aswell.

I think your gardeners deserve a special mention, all the flower borders and wild flower beds were gorgeous which is quite an achievement after the hot, dry summer we've had.

The caravan was spotless, unable to find a speck of dust or grime and was very well equipped. The site had great facilities which was also clean. We all had great fun at crazy golf and our granddaughter loved the pool. Although we didn’t use it I thought the cinema was a great addition and reasonably priced
