Parking for 2 cars is guaranteed in Surf Village, for any further cars you will need to park away from your accommodation. Children under the age of 5 should not use hot tubs.

Not having to book the swimming pools was very good! Pools were great, we used both indoor and outdoor pools at Woolacombe Bay. Pottery painting was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Loved our hot tub too!

We loved swimming and using the water slides at Woolacombe Bay. We also really enjoyed Billy & Betty Beachball shows & breakfast and the inflatable axe throwing was really good fun! We also enjoyed the peaceful setting of Surf Village. Relaxing in the hot tub was lovely!

First time staying here, won’t be the last. What a beautiful site, plenty to do and see. So close to some amazing beaches and perfect seas for some body boarding. Had a fantastic family holiday. My boys loved it, especially the hot tub. Will be back in 2027.

We loved the accommodation which is always extremely clean and well Maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are always so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble! The entertainment by outside entertainers was always great!

Very nice holiday park, clean, safe and well laid out. Our diamond caravan too was very clean and comfortable. We were staying with our 9 year old grandson who had a wonderful holiday and loved his stay. We are aged 73 and 76 and found the entertainment slightly limiting for our age but understand that it was mainly centred around the families. We also found the food restricted, mainly burgers, fries, pizza and would have liked a more varied menu. We tried to get a coffee in the bar area not far from reception around 9.00pm but were told that they had stopped serving it, which was quite disappointing and surprising. We also ordered pancakes with chocolate sauce for our grandson’s breakfast, only to be informed that they had run out of Nutella, which again was disappointing as we would have thought there would be a sufficient supply of this food product. Overall though we had a very good holiday.

We took the grandchildren with us and watching them enjoy all the facilities we could fit in was magic. Just sorry we couldn’t fit in more during our 4 night stay. The lodge had everything we could want, BBQ, hot tub, even a dishwasher

The location of the holiday park is stunning. The swimming pools and slides etc did not disappoint, the lovely warm water in the pools was perfect for us and our grandkids. Being so close to the beautiful beach was great too. Lots of things to do onsite for everyone. Surf Village was brilliant, so spacious and S35 was beautifully positioned, vwry private and south facing, we loved it. And we fell in love with tbe bingo!! We’re hooked, even tbough we didnt win!!

We loved our family being together. The hot tub was immense and loved the fact it was checked daily. The surroundings were so pretty and the view well! What can I say. Thanks we throughly enjoyed ourselves and all staff were a credit to you.
