   From the moment we got there the lady who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming and advised us to drive down around the front to see the view. Pools were great our four kids had a ball and also they loved the entertainment especially Micheal Jackson tribute and the magician. Then we got to use trichen house and wow that was great to. Now the problem is which park to stay in next year!! Caravans were unreal and private and the hit tub just ended our days of nicely

   A beautiful location, such a good range of activities for kids, food for even fussy eaters, pools felt safe, entire site felt safe. It was wonderful.

   The welcome package was a lovely welcome, reception was helpful and friendly, so clean and tidy and enough staff everywhere. Swimming pool/jot tub maintenance was super. We had a great weekend ...we wish booked for 7 nights!

   The caravan was lovely, all the beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean Hot tub was fantastic! Customer service was great, check in was great and we had to call reception and ask them to send someone to fix the lock on our slide doors and we could not lock them on the first night and they sorted the issue straight away! The man who delivered our food to our caravan was super quick and very friendly! Plenty to do for the children, we would have loved to have stayed longer! So gutted to have to come home Swimming pools were great and changing rooms lovely and clean Fantastic views, we will be back!

   Everything is on site no need to leave during our stay. Cant fault the accommodation exceptionally clean and well maintained. The grandchildren loved every minute plenty to keep them entertained day and night. We ate out in the bar every night because the food and drink was excellent value for the price paid. The younger ones loved the children's entertainers too! Friendly staff nothing was too much trouble always happy to help. The crazy bugz guys were great too! Not forgetting the immaculate Spa. Your staff are a credit to the company. Thank you for a great stay.

   Loved the greeting at sign-in and the clear instructions. Appreciated the value for money of the restaurant/dining area and how hard the staff worked there, serving and clearing tables. Our van was amazing, spacious and comfortable. Beds were made on arrival, which was great and the kitchen area was top-notch.

    We have been to haven twice & a park dean resort this year and woolacombe bay was by far the best. The caravan was amazing with space for storage & was a lovely experience. Peter the entertainer stood out to me as being brilliant however Lloyd Christian & the cast of red riding hood were all fab ! The pool was amazing and cleanest we've been too - no faults. The hot tub was lovely .

    Been to Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House many times and have enjoyed every holiday . This one was our best yet though. Me and my 2 boys throughly enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time in outdoor pool... The caravan was also amazing - spacious and clean....

    Friendly staff Children’s entertainment Easy access and short distance from the caravan for all amenities. Roof top terrace was very good Outdoor pool in the scorching heat was a very big plus No booking required for swimming was a bonus with a toddler. Decking on diamond caravan was very good for both space and child safety.
