Stylish shower room and en-suite WC with shower to the master bedroom. Airy open plan living space with full length windows, comfortable fitted seating area and freestanding armchair with 40” flat screen TV and DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, and separate dining area with table, chairs and stools. Additional TV in the master bedroom. Sliding patio door leads onto spacious wrap-around decking area with picnic table, gas barbecue and secluded outdoor hot tub. Full width kitchen with wine rack, freestanding ¾-size fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Towels and local produce gift pack on arrival. Centrally heated with double glazed windows throughout. There are a number of varying models within each range and both the interior design and fittings are dependent on the model and manufacturer. The flooring within accommodation will be carpet in the bedrooms and lino in all remaining rooms. In order to maintain the highest levels of hygiene, any hot tubs are refilled on the day of arrival and may not be fully warm for comfortable use until the evening of your arrival. Hot tubs will be emptied from 8am on your day of departure and so you should not use them after this time. All accommodation is accessed by steps. Parking for 2 cars is guaranteed in Beach Haven, for any further cars you will need to park away from your accommodation. Children under the age of 5 should not use hot tubs.
