   The site was lovely, the outdoor pool and differing levels during the day to evening is ingenious. The kids loved the arcade, the pool and in fact it’s our first holiday as a family that we wish were staying longer than our three nights

   The staff were all very welcoming and always happy to help. Loved the entertainment at the canopy Area. The man in the Sunday evening was very good at entertaining everyone especially the children.

   Absolutely everything we have been going to Twitchen house since my daughter was a baby she’s now 15 so that sums up our holiday we have booked for next year already

   Swimming and slides were great fun - at both parks that we went to, great you can go whenever. Enjoyed the mini golf at Twitchen House and appreciated it being free. Cinema was great fun. Arcade was a blast and the prize selection was really good. Enjoyed the restaurant. Caravan was a great place for resting.

    The entertainment was a big step up this year which was very enjoyable. massively. Bar tenders remembering my order, how friendly the staff were. How close every thing is also helped massively.

    All the staff were very friendly & helpful. They were understanding of some needs we had with an autistic child when it came to food. They cooked somethings just for him which made mealtimes so relaxing..

    Access to both parks, pools access when ever we wanted, entertainment, the beaches, the park is wonderful with an 18 year old and 10 year old usually one gets bored but they loved the pools so much the pools offer fantastic options and access to both makes it better and thought the wave rider was fantastic and we enjoyed the entertainment & bingo!

    We loved our holiday and the caravan was comfy and the site and facilities were great, the swimming pool was fab although I think it would have been better to book a slot rather than queue to get in. Our children were quite upset when we were eating at the restaurant one night when a fight broke out so we didn’t go again. Security were quick to act but perhaps more security is needed to prevent it from happening in the first place.
