Comfortable 12ft wide surf-themed caravan sleeping up to 8 with one master double with Comfort Plus mattress, one twin (2’3” wide beds), one small twin (2' wide beds) and pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Spacious shower room and additional separate WC. Open plan living area featuring a dining table as part of the fitted lounge seating space and 32” flat screen TV. Kitchen with freestanding ¾-size fridge-freezer. Centrally heated with double glazed windows throughout. Check-in from 4pm.

The pools, having the option of using both sites twitchen and woolacombe, with the sun shining we just couldn't ask for more. The surf machine was fantastic and the instructor was so encouraging and fun with the children. Free tennis and golf is fantastic amd enjoyed by us all. The footpaths down to the beach, rope swings and overall location is exceptional. This was our 4th visit and by far the best. We absolutely applaud the sites for taking away the pool booking system , fantastic decision and has such a huge impact on the enjoyment of the holiday to be able to come and go at our own leisure. Our boys swam.amd swam and swam, and had an absolute ball at both twitchen and woolacombe bay We will be coming back next June without question

The outdoor pool and slides, bingo and the atmosphere, it felt very safe there with the kids with the security.

Really good site - has everything on it which was perfect as we were only staying for the weekend. We were a group of 9 and asked for our vans (3 of) to be located close to each other - this was done with no bother which made a huge difference to our stay.

Swimming pool Friendliness Staff were helpful at reception but other staff let that down. Maintenance maybe. It was also very clean

Everything! The swimming pools, the arcade, soft play, entertainment, park, the friendliness of the staff, and the helpful attitude to letting our group congregate in a dedicated area to have a joint barbecue. We had the best time! Thank you, Twitchen House.

Came with other family members this time we all had alot of fun in pools arcade softplay but mostly the evening entertainment another fab hol for us .All three sites have their own charm with lovely views very clean and tidy Twitchen is our favourite with great walks to a stunning beach love the action sing along songs great fun for all
