   Customer service surpassed expectations. Shout out to Jake who went the extra mile, and receptionist (can't remember her name), who arranged for us to have an outside table/bench. And all your team - everyone was friendly and helpful even during busy times

   My little one absolutely loved the 2ps machines and going to pottery painting . I also had an amazing time doing this.

   for a pet friendly accommodation we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the modern accomodation the kitchen was very well equipped. Because of travelling with dogs we did not use any of the parks facilities.

   Absolutely loved the holiday and we are booking again. We had food there that was good but we had food on the Sunday I had curry that was very watered down my husband had a sandwich that was stale. Plus we had ants in our caravan I D08 but apart from that we had a great time

    We had such a great time despite the weather. There is so much to do. The swimming pools were a definite highlight.

    We love that you can use the pools on all sites. Love that you dont have to book indoor sessions now. The new canopy at Twitchen is a super addition. We are not a family who enjoy being crammed in the main bar/disco so tend to do our own thing off site in the evenings. However the canopy is much more our vibe and we enjoyed a lovely evening here (spending money on site too!) I also noticed security staff wandering around for the first time. I think this is reassuring.

    We all had a wonderful time and will be returning and recommending to friends and family,. I'd like to make special mention of Tamzin. How she handled one of our issues with our meal as a family was commendable. Please pass on our thanks as she ensured our meal together was memorable.

    We loved all the facilities and the great range of activities available. We were impressed how clean and well maintained the sites were at all times. Not havimg to book for swimming was a real bonus because we could pick and choose when and where to go swimming.
