Comfortable 12ft wide surf-themed caravan sleeping up to 6 with one master double with Comfort Plus mattress, one twin (2’3” wide beds) and pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Spacious shower room. Open plan living area featuring a dining table as part of the fitted lounge seating space and 32” flat screen TV. Kitchen with freestanding ¾-size fridge-freezer. We enjoyed our stay at Twitchen House and the site was really clean everywhere so well done to the cleaning team for that! The accommodation was very good although we had a slight delay getting into it as I think there was some confusion and it was still being cleaned. We were keen to see one of the advertised film shows and walked across to Woolacombe Bay and having bought our tickets, sat waiting for the film to start but there was some kind of problem, the film couldn’t be shown and we had to get our money back. We rearranged our day and activities to fit in the movie show later in the evening at Twitchen house this time but more or less the same thing happened!! There were no lights on in the cinema and we needed to feel our way to our seats and then the adverts started with sound but no picture. We felt very frustrated and had to get our money back again! You can imagine we were feeling quite frustrated and disappointed by this time!

Food and service wasn’t great. Swimming pool , changing rooms weren’t being cleaned Caravan wasn’t that clean , floor wasn’t cleaned and stains on sofa

Check-in was quick and easy with comprehensive instruction on how to find our accom. When we had a minor problem with the electrics in the 'van it was quickly resolved and the suspect toaster replaced. Clubhouse facilities were great and Pier 51 offers a great range of food for every meal. What's not to love?

The ability to work all day in the bar meaning we could come down earlier. Caravan really well equipped -much more than ive had elsewhere! Well stocked shop with friendly staff.

On arrival, the staff were really friendly and helpful, throughout the whole day the staff were charming and it’s almost the end of the season and I love the fact that it’s so dog friendly fantastic walks my two labradors and I had a great time thank you

I lived swimming in the quiet pools early in the day. I loved walking the fantastic coastal paths and beaches, and the countryside around Twitchen. I loved coming home to my cosy caravan with it's great kitchen after a day of outdoor adventure.

We love all 3 parks. We love how clean everything is and the ease of getting to the beach. I thought the doggy welcome packs were such a lovely touch and our little one was certainly with her blanket and treats!
