   Everything was perfect in the caravan. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked, great shower and the bed was very comfortable. Just what I needed for a few days well earned break!

   Everything!!! We've been coming down years, with our children and dogs, and now with them their partners and grandsons and dogs. This place really holds some precious memories of special birthdays, wedding anniversaries and now this year and engagement! 💍 all I can say is.......see you next year!

    It was our first time coming to woolacombe and had an amazing time, would love to come back , caravan was in a good location as my partner has illnesses , woolacombe was highly recommended by friends and family, who would like to come next time .

    This was our second visit to Twitchen House at Woolacombe Bay, and we are already looking at next year. The park has everything you need on site, especially for children (ours is almost 7). Although you have access to the other parks, we are yet to even look as we've been completely entertained at Twitchen. Fabulous place! Loved the improvements to Explorers HQ! Loved our location and easy access to everything (B Field for both of our stays; a stones throw from reception).

    Everything is in a central location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the site has to offer. The included free activities, especially those for toddlers, were fantastic and provided plenty to keep our little one entertained. We spent an entire day at the Twitchen outdoor pool, and our little girl absolutely loved it; it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The dog welcome pack was AMAZING! It was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel that our dogs were just as welcome as the rest of the family. The dog facilities across all parks were great. We were also incredibly impressed by how responsive the team was whenever we needed assistance. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally, whether we contacted the team by email or spoke to reception in person. The customer service throughout our stay was genuinely second to none, and it made a real difference to our overall experience.
