   What a pleasant stay one of the best sites we have ever been to and we have been to many! There was a little confusion whilst booking my holiday originally at Woolacombe bay. The website was a little confusing when it came to booking a pet I thought I’d added him on! After ringing up I did speak to somebody and was told I couldn’t bring my pet. Again I would put this down to the website. That conversation was a little concerning and frustrating but after having afew conversations with collegues at Twitchen House someone kindly amended my booking to that site. Arriving we were greeted with very friendly staff.The little doggy gift was a great token and after mentioning upon booking this was a little anniversary break we had a lovely banner in our caravan. The caravan was spotlessly clean,the facilities onsite were brilliant and the surrounding areas were beautiful! This is definitely a place we will come back to! The mix up with my booking was obviously meant to be! Thankyou all for a wonderful stay and keep up the good work. We will definitely recommend this place! 5 ⭐️ to you!    Location of park Staff are excellent and very responsive to many issues raised and repairs were carried out promptly. All very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Shop is useful.

   Entertainers were great, lots of things to do across all parks. Friendly staff and pools very good and clean. Park overall very clean and love the ability to go between the parks. We had the best holiday and have already looked at coming back soon

    The forest school with ranger Chris was fab and we leaned a lot. My son loved the wave surfer. All your staff are friendly and have been so good with the kids during the activities thank you.

    This is our fourth consecutive year visiting Woolacombe Holiday Parks. As a family we really enjoy the location and standard of accommodation - it is certainly excellent value for money. This year we brought my parents along (they stayed in a 2-bed silver van at Twitchen). They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the van (and my mum is particularly hard to please!). We will be back for another break next year most definitely.
