Best holiday. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The venues were so good. The pool was clean and well kept. The site was extremely well maintained and all in all we had a fantastic time!

We like the central twitchen house how it was designed, easily accessable for prams and all staff apeared very friendly. Someone was driving around in a gold buggy and had their hood up which looked slightly unprofessional, considering it was a was a warm morning. However reception, bar staff and front facing staff seemed very good at their job. One family parked up at the same time we did to check in, and their toddler was sick all over the floor. There were multiple staff outside in the car park cleaning it up right away. Very professional..everywhere was very clean and organised. We loved it.

We loved the facilities on site. Our boys loved everything you had to offer and had the best holiday ever. Although my nearly 2 year old wasn't a fan of Billy and Betty this didn't stop us from enjoying our holiday and wasn't a reflection on the resort. We were kept busy and didn't stop our whole holiday. We will definitely being returning.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved the pool and the flumes and appreciated not having a time limit there. We felt the caravan was ideal with a good range of appliances and utensils. It was also very clean as was the site in general. All our interactions with staff were pleasant and welcoming. There was an incident at the pool during our stay which the lifeguards dealt with very well.
