Location is brilliant! Spending time with family! Being able to add extra child with no extra cost. Very helpful young man at check-in. I wish I had gotten his name as I would have given him a personal review.

Twitchen was chosen as a first family get together as a party of 9 and had mostly good weather so the outdoor pool was perfect for our grandchildren. Also made 2 visits to the indoor pool too later in the day. Plenty of activities for children to take part in if choosing to. A very clean and tidy park and very busy helpful staff. We will come back for sure.

We have just had a fantastic week at Twitchen House . It's a lovely park in a great part of the UK . The staff are so helpful and friendly I think they have been trained in customer service to a high standard as nothing was too much trouble . The check in was very busy and hot but your team was still smiling and happy . The caravan was so nice and modern although only a bronze standard . It was clean and ship shape on arrival . Thanks to the cleaning staff , not an easy job in 30 degrees of heat . The food was good in the bar area and not too expensive . The only thing to watch out for is the outdoor pool , it is far too small for the capacity of the park and was rammed everyday with no chance of a lounger until 5 . The weather was fabulous so we swam at the beach . All in all we had a great time . Thanks guys

5 year old review - I loved the swing park and the caravan! Adult review - the caravan was very sizeable and clean on arrival. Even though we didn’t use the utensils, everything was available for us and easy to find.
