   useful to have use of all three parks. and the pools and activities on offer were very good. I was impressed with your recycling offering. It was vey easy to divide the types of recycling materials. Though soft plastics were missing and that would have been useful. Wave riding was very good. Huge thanks to the instructor whose name was Libby or something? She was a team leader i think at Twitchen House

   I loved that it was fairly quiet on the park, our position of our caravan felt like we had our own space. The play area is good. Loved the shop and the launderette facilities.

   We tried the a wave surfer. Harry was a great instructor and we all had so much fun! The staff in the arcade were very friendly and helpful too.

   From booking to leaving the site our stay at Woolacombe bay was amazing! The weather was not on our side but to be honest it meant we just got to experience more of this amazing site and facilities. Warm welcoming check in (despite the awful weather!), spotless caravan, staff were lovely bar, maintenance team, cleaners, entertainment team and every staff member we met were very polite and happy to help (or even just smile - a rarity at other sites we’ve been too!). We used the soft play and aracade ALOT and these are small but perfectly formed and were enjoyed every night of our stay! Food and drink, quick service, fast delivery and great pricing for this sort of holiday - it really meant we could kick back and relax and enjoy the holiday more! Also great food - we were all Impressed with every meal from the kitchen, please pass this onto the chefs and kitchen staff. Entertainment - well you’ve got it all covered and the programme, the facilities and staff were all great! Well done Woolacombe! Lastly I’d like to personally thank the reception and check in staff - we visited for our first time and were unexpectedly joined by family from Australia. I emailed and requested any upgrade or a caravan with a good view, close to the club house anything that could make the stay a little more special as this was now a very special holiday….the first for our daughter (6) meeting her nana and grandad from Adelaide Australia! We had the most perfect caravan located next to the club house and with a great view - this honestly made our holiday out of this world, as nana struggles to get about and being close meant they could join in with all the activities as a family. So thankyou Woolacombe bay holiday park!!! we are already talking about coming back with uk grandparents next year! Ps the spa - amazing (we managed to sneek away and enjoy this - such a fab facility and price point is again spot on!

   First time visiting here and what a fabulous holiday park! Something for everyone even in the bad weather. The pirate pool in particular was well loved by my small children. Our silver caravan was exceptionally clean and more than enough for what we needed (usually expect silver to be outdated) The staff were wonderful, polite, inviting, especially the ladies on reception. We would love to return here again next year

   I took my two grandsons away with me, aged 6 and 10, I had never been to a holiday park before and we had the best time ever. The caravan was basic but perfect for what we needed and the pools and the other activities we did they loved. We were the first in the pool at 8am every morning and busy all day and they went out like a light at 7/8pm at night, perfect! The site was very quiet at night and safe for them to cycle round. They loved going to the shop on their own and buying bit for tea! Every member of staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not fault our holiday. Will be recommending Woolacombe holiday parks

    The staff were super friendly and professional. The views were incredible. The indoor pool was good, my daughter loved it. I was also really impressed when I reported a couple of minor issues with the property (G09) that they were sorted out in that a few hours. The kids enjoyed the arcade and we also made use of the cinema and crazy golf. The park is in a great location and we took a couple of day trips to nearby places such as Lee and Ilfracombe, as well as visiting Woolacombe several times. We all had a great time, thank you!

    Caravan was immaculate and very comfortable Fantastic staff - very friendly and helpful at all times. Maintenance staff were super efficient - reported a fault with our shower and it was sorted within hours with no hassle Loved being able to use all facilities at all parks Great range of activities available Great location with fantastic views and close to great beaches. The buildings on each park where restaurants etc were located are all fantastic and extremely well maintained with great facilities. Lift and accessibility was great for our disabled son. Well stocked reasonably priced shops on parks Will definitely be back
