Spacious shower room. Open plan living area featuring a dining table as part of the fitted lounge seating space and 32” flat screen TV. Kitchen with freestanding ¾-size fridge-freezer. Caravans were very clean and great to have heating on such a cold wet week. Went to Woolacombe pool which was great but Twitchen House pool was chilly by comparison. Food was reasonably priced and good value for money. Bar man needs to know that Southern Comfort is not whisky and that you do serve Bells which is whisky! Bit of a training issue there but the Manager sorted our problem out for which we were grateful. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and smiley. Shop was a bit pricey but convenient. Lots of parking in June so not sure I needed to pay the extra £40 for 2 cars parking but it was convenient.

How clean everywhere was and nothing broken! Felt closer to centre parks than haven and park dean holiday! Loved the pools. Loved the spa. Loved the park. Loved that some activities were included. Loved how friendly the staff were. Had the best time. We will be back!

This is a great caravan park, especially for toddlers. The silver caravan we stayed in benefited from its own parking space which was essential, the caravan was itself very clean and convenient though rather minimalistic - we hired a highchair which was waiting in the caravan for us and was very handy - the fridge/freezer was a great size and having both an oven with hob and microwave were brilliant. The site is quiet and peaceful and the activities are easily accessible and well set up. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable + really friendly and happy to help. The views from the site of Woolacombe bay are fantastic and it is a short drive to the beach which is very well set up for families. The communications prior to arrival are excellent and keep you well informed of what to expect - do take note of the 'kit list' as this was super handy to ensure we brought what was needed for our stay.

Only thing we could fault was the mattress. Overall loved it and will defiantly be returning in the future. Have already recommended you to several people.

My family and myself have stayed woolacombe last year and really enjoyed it hence why we booked again.the entertainment and bingo and the me and my 17 year old son played on the pool tables and spa all facilities are excellent. The food was delicious and I enjoyed the arcades amd spa. Spending time with my sister mother son and nephews
