   The facilities were superb our grandchildren had an amazing time. The caravan was absolutely immaculate.

   Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Any concerns or issues we had were dealt with swiftly. Caravan was immaculately clean and very good value for money. We plan to re-visit Woolacombe Bay again next year as we liked it so much.

   I loved the swimming pool it was the first park we have been to with fantastic opening hours which means we could have days out and still enjoy the pool! The staff were incredibly friendly and the park it's self despite being pet friendly was spotless all around

   From the moment we arrived at Woolacombe Bay, we were very impressed. Check in was nice and smooth, the staff on reception were very freindly and accommodating. After booking our holiday, I emailed to ask for a caravan close to the facilties, we were very impressed that we were listened to and accommodated above the shop which was just a two minute walk from the facilities and had stunning views. The food was excellent and very reasonable priced, bar staff very friendly. Entertainment was superb and the parkstars were all fantastic, they were interactive with all the quests and made sure our evening was full of fun. The facilities on the park were brilliant, there was so much to do. The facilities we used were the swimming pool, arcade, cinema, pottery painting, spa, club house and restaurant. We will definately be booking for next year. The flexibility of choosing what day you arrive on and what day you leave is a fantastic idea.

   All the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that we could go between woolacombe bay and twitchen house. I'd like to give a special mention to Ranger Chris.....we sid 3 activities with him...orienteering, pond dipping and storytelling/firebuilding. The latter it waa just me and my 4 year old son - ranger Chris was so liveoy to my son and made this a eeally special activity for us. All in all we had such a lovely weekend - which I realy needed as Im in active treatment for cancer and really needed a lovely weekend away with my little boy. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. We shall definately be back. X

   Woolacombe is lovely. The evening entertainment is good. The swimming pool at WB is not as good as Twitchen but it's a pain to drive over there.

   Being able to use all parks was a real bonus it meant no one got bored and each day was exciting caravan location was fantastic for views we felt very lucky.

    The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the kids area of the pool was so great!! The caravan was spotless and cosy with amazing views.
