   Great little trip for me and my 2 kids, lots of fun activities, plenty to do, would love to see the pantomime one twice a week! Billy and Bettie were great for the kids, all the staff were nice and friendly and accommodating to the kids.

   I have given maximum for all because the holiday was enjoyed by all, my daughter said she had a great time time. My wife is very honest with her standard of any caravan we use, she rated ours as top marks. the only criticism would be a deck chair. The caravan we had C10 was very clean and the decor refreshing, the view was brilliant and a deck chair would have put the icing on the cake, as they say. We will have to bring one with us when we come back (hopefully this year). I did not comment on the entertainment as we did not use it as we did as much as possible with our grandchildren while we were there. Thanks Woolacombe Bay for a great holiday which we all needed, after a very difficult 18 months for my family. A big thank you to your staff who were very polite at all times, the beer was a good pint and your food was very good value. Once again a big THANKS for giving us a great time which we all needed.

   Honestly we loved mostly everything. We only wished we could have been grouped directly next to our friends and possibly that the caravans weren’t quite as packed in / we had more room to sit and enjoy the views as a group. Other than that - everything is great!

   Beautiful views, loads of activities for the kids, loved the swimming facilities and playgrounds, tennis courts, the hospitality facilities were great and super clean even after very busy days, staff were lovely despite being super busy and rushed off their feet. The shop on site is well stocked with everything you might need and very friendly staff.

   Great holiday park and great value for money. Can be a challenge walking about on the hill down to the entertainment/ main complex. Foods good and easy to get or order to tables/ caravan. Super close to the beach which is amazing with facilities you need for children. Parking was tough but had plenty of space in the field. Walk up and down from the park is something to be desired if u fancy a challenge back up the hill to the park!.

   Overall, we really enjoyed our first stay with Woolacombe. There was always something to do, everyone was all so friendly and made our children feel so happy and safe. Entertainment was brilliant, the swimming pool was good fun, park was highly enjoyed and the activities around the park was good fun too.

    Although we were only in the Bronze caravan we found the standards of cleanliness, equipment, and comfort to be excellent both inside and outside the caravan. The range of outdoor activities were great, something for all ages, although on this occasion we did not use them as it was only a short break but it was good they were there had we needed them. It was also great that some of the facilities eg the swimming pools were included in the cost of the caravan. In so many places you can be charged for all the amenities you use so well done Woolacombe Bay. We will definitely be coming back.

    This was a very last minute booking for two of our 10 children, and it was generally amazing, both my girls have additional needs and were able to access the pool, arcade and softplay area, this was the only places they wanted to go but by the way the staff made us feel welcome and safe was brilliant. I will definitely be booking again to bring other children and maybe even look at this now being our whole family resort too. Well done guys!
