   Clean site overall and well presented. Reception staff always present and polite and keen to help. Easy to navigate site. Useful welcome pack with map of all three sites. Good range of additional activities for young children and at a reasonable price; my children particularly enjoyed the pond dipping, crazy bugs and fire lighting. Indoor swimming pools were good at Twitchen and Woolacombe with lots to keep the children entertained, especially the pirate ship at Woolacombe; and we appreciated the long range of opening hours for the pools. Lots of seating around the site made it easy to take a break and relax. The caravan (in lighthouse) was well presented and the standard of the presentation was good. The fridge and freezer size in the caravan was good. We liked how regularly the rubbished was removed from the bins, reducing pest/wasp problems and overfilling of bins. Plenty of parking close to the receptions at both Twitchen and Woolacombe. Food options were pretty decent and we liked being able to eat outside in the wooded area at Twitchen, as well as in the bar area. We like the soft play being included at no additional cost. The cinema and pantomime went down really well with our children; we have never been to a holiday park with a cinema before.

   We loved the pools, the walks to the beach, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the check in is very well handled and runs very smoothly

   The caravan was spacious and had everything we needed for a week away. We were in easy walk of the facilities and recycling and it was easy to walk to Woolacombe Bay for the spa.

   We loved how it’s full of activities for the kids and the park is generally very clean and safe. The shows were great!!! The staff work very hard to entertain the kids. We loved the pool and crazy golf.

   Great amenities and location the woodland walk to beach a real adventure. Lovely to be able to use other site. Only criticisms are lack of dog poo bins, caravan was not that clean or homely.
