   Customer service was amazing from start to finish Pools are fab and we love the rainbow slide so much Great free activities especially golf Lovely staff all around the park who loved our dog and she got so k h attention Loved the dog box on arrival a real surprise and lovely touch also a supremely impressed with all the poo bins and bags available around site great touch Only issue is we had was our neighbours kept leaving dog in and it barked non stop security felt with it very well in first night but sadly they did it every night-poor dog Security were absolutely fab and dealt with it very well G30 was a perfect van for us-thank you for an amazing holiday

   We had a brand new caravan and staff were friendly. There was so much for the kids to do even without the extra activities. Great upgrades from our previous trip, like the outdoor flumes and Wave machine.

   The site was very clean, and staff were friendly and professional, to name a few, Richard on reception was very welcoming and had great knowledge. Harry at the bar, friendly and polite, really professional. Jake who delivered our towels and was brilliant with the dog. Mark the hot tub and maintenance guy, really informative and full of knowledge, helped us with questions regarding caravans. Brad who was friendly and professional, and willing to help. Local walks were lovely and taxi available for return journey. Very well organised and run.

   Lovely site, lots to do. Really like the woodland walks that can be done from the site to the beach. Lovely views too. Friendly staff and one member stopped to give my dog a treat which was very thoughtful.

   So much! We have been to a variety of Uk caravan/lodge parks such as Haven, Blue Stone, Butlins and Parkdean and hadn’t heard of Woolacombe bay but my husband and I agree you’re the best and we don’t stay that lightly. The site was a great size (lots to do but both massive), the facilities were excellent, having access to complimentary ping pong, foot golf , ranger sessions and crazy golf was fabulous. You can get free activities in Butlins but yours were more wholesome and enjoyed by the whole family. The access to EV chargers was a real benefit, reducing anxiety about where we can find a charger. The on-site cinema was a great addition - not something offered by the other parks we’ve been to. The volume and easy access to recycling stations was appreciated. Also small additions were noted by us that we appreciated - the toilet rolls on arrival, the bin in the bathroom, the squash jug (very handy) and the washing pack on arrival (not always provided by other sites). We arrived extremely late on our first day (2am), after a long journey so the offer from the night security guy to lead the way to our accommodation was extremely kind and made a very good first impression. The whole site was always clean and all staff were friendly, professional and happy. Being able to access facilities at the 3 sites is great. My son really loved the chance to preform on stage in thd youth talent show.

   Appreciated being given a caravan in a lovely location. We had asked for that area of the site and were really pleased. It was very peaceful. The accommodation is comfortable and modern. We really like the fact that it is now possible to access Netflix etc via the TV but it would have been helpful to state this in the information. It was very cold during our stay but the heating is very efficient. We like the area around Mortehoe and the fact that you can access lovely walks direct from the site is a bonus, rather than having to drive everywhere first. We ate on site in the evening and the food was decent. Love the box of goodies for the dog. We put some of her toys/chewy things in the empty cardboard box and she enjoyed selecting what she wanted!

    Loved our short stay. The dining room was lovely, food amazing especially the loaded bacon bap. We found all the facilities great, the shop had plenty of everything you could need for your stay. We found a lovely little pathway that lead through a wooded area and then onto some grassland with views of the beach. We also found our way to the other park at woolacombe bay. Overall it was a fabulous weekend

    The restaurant was great but it was expensive. Would be good to have a second restaurant as an option as there wasn’t much around the area. Wouldn’t stop us coming back though. The staff were lovely. It’s the cleanest place I’ve stayed in this country. Always see staff going around with a vacume. Toilets were always clean- which is a big thing to my children as they literally will not use a public toilet if it looks a bit dirty. Loved being able to take the dog pretty much everywhere.
