   Great value for money and the booking and checking in process was easy to do. The app seems like a good idea and booking to use the Spa on the other site was easy to do.

   Asked for a van near to family when we booked and we were allocated one opposite them. Van was extremely clean and well maintained. Pool area clean and well maintained. All staff were welcoming polite and friendly. Kids entertainment was great. Our first time visiting and I'm sure we will be back!! Thank you for a lovely,much needed break 🙏

   My grandson loved the flume , both indoors and out . Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the take away food , delivered to our caravan , was good. As ususal , a great stay , thank you

   This was our 5 month olds first holiday and our first holiday as a family of three, so it was a really special one for us. We stayed Monday–Friday and honestly had such a wonderful time. There was so much to do around the park, even when the weather wasn’t always on our side! The entertainment every evening was fantastic and gave us something to look forward to each night. We ate in the restaurant one evening, which was lovely, and on another night we had our food brought straight to our caravan; which was absolutely wonderful and meant no washing up! 😂 Such a treat when you’re away with a baby! Overall, we had a brilliant first family holiday and made some really special memories with our little girl. We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing break.

   We enjoyed the activities which we had booked our daughter onto. The surf simulator, she really enjoyed. The water walkerz were ok. The inflatable was good, but for the price which was paid, not long enough. The facilities are good, plenty to do.

    The facilities are brilliant and very impressive there’s lots to see and do The staff in the craft hut at woolacombe bay were amazing best customer service we had, also the kids entertainers at the pancake party on Saturday morning and make a bear Sunday morning were brilliant, they were great experiences and we made find family memories at these activities. It would’ve been good to be able to book activities on the day for the outdoor stuff due to changing weather as would have loved to do some of the explorer stuff at Twitchen.

    We stayed close to the entertainment, shops, swimming, arcade and we even took a walk into woolacombe which isn't to far.

    Proximity to the beach. Being able to use facilities at both sites. Rural surroundings. Outside pool in the evening turning into a splash pad
