We stayed in a caravan on Surf Village for 4 nights, lovely setting. We also stayed in a lodge which was very good.

The lodge, despite some issues - we needed accommodation with 4 bedrooms. We are planning to return in 2028 but we would book one like we had in 2025 which had only two bathrooms because it seemed to have a larger living area. . The location of the site and the ease of visiting Twitchen House.

We loved the helpful and cheerful staff who assisted us with queries but were friendly and pleasant even when merely walking past us. We loved the free swimming and the ability to just turn up was a fantastic change from previous years. We loved the food, drinks and the entertainment was good and suited all ages.

Surf lodge was fantastic fully equipped and spacious. Hot tub a great addition. Food was tasty and also great delivery service. We don’t use the pools so can’t comment. Pottery painting was brilliant, first time doing it but we all enjoyed it and they didn’t turn out too band either. The park itself was good and would definitely come back.
