Lodge accommodation was very nice, very well presented on arrival and loved the hot tub which was well maintained. Request for clean bedding was responded to quickly as was the query we raised on the hot tub. Bbq was clean and worked perfectly as did the oven. Loved the inclusion of a washing machine. Cinema is much improved due to added security measures. Family had a lovely time here which was the first lodge we stayed in after 9 years in a sapphire caravan.

Quietness. Well spaced out. Staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Any problems were sorted very quickly. Accommodation was amazing and clean.

Everything, this is our 5th year. The lodge was perfect, the location, the staff and facilities. This year having access to the body boards and wetsuits was a game changer for us. woolacombe is our favourite family vacation.

Love Woolacombe Bay , I think this was my 19th visit to your parks overall ? Outdoor pool is awesome ............. Indoor pool is too busy ................ Only bad point on the food is your chicken wings are awful ............ they look great on presentation but taste wet , sloppy and gooey ! All staff were brilliant and an absolute credit to the company. Shame you do not offer the loyalty discounts any more as it is getting very expensive to visit !

It was the first time that we have stayed in a surf lodge, previously we have stayed in a caravan. The facilities were great & there was plenty of room for our family of 8. It was a holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday & it didn’t disappoint.

We loved that as a large group we were all close together and children could play happily by our lodges. We loved the outdoor pool facilities and were blessed with good weather. Also loved the welcome pack of local produce in the lodge.
