Returned after 5 years. Used to stay at golden coast but loved woolacombe bay and how easy it was to visit twitchen. Staff were great and so helpful. Had minor issues with a vacuum that didnt work so struggled to keep the lodge clean but it really didnt matter. We have had such lovely holidays with your parks over the years and this one just put the cherry on the cake. Will hopefully be able to afford to book again, had parents with us who have had a rough two years with health and even they managed to enjoy everything on site so they didnt need to venture far. I was heart broken my children didnt want to join in with Billy and Betty this year😂 but at 11 & 13 i suppose it was going to happen. My son had his 13th birthday whilst we were there and he had a fantastic time on the wave surfer at twitchen with his sister. Some amazing core memories for them so thankyou xx

It was our first time staying in a Surf Lodge and we were blown away. The little touches from the extras and the note from the staff. Perfect! We didn't realise about the wet suit hire times and a lovely lady at reception made a call and a lovely man can out around 4pm so we were able to get the wet suit which was a life saver for us and the boys really enjoyed the surf board to.

The lodge was beautiful and we used the indoor pools at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House which all the family enjoyed.

This was our first time visiting Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park and we had the most fantastic holiday. Check in was smooth and organised and we stayed in the beautiful Surf Village. When we first entered our accommodation not only were we impressed by the beautiful lodge but also by how clean everything was. The little local produce pack and the welcome message were such lovely touches! The hot tub was clean and well maintained throughout our whole stay and staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was great as was the entertainment. The whole site was beautiful and well kept and we loved being able to wander to the other sites. The close proximity to the beach was wonderful too. It has become our new favourite place and no one wanted to come home. We can’t wait to book again.

Amazing site with everything you need. Loved the surf lodge, the best accommodation with everything you need and a great decking. Perfect for a holiday away with friends and family. Especially enjoyed the surf hire with our lodge and made the most of that with a day trying to catch waves for the first time!

We absolutly loved our stay and have nothing to complain about. Although the showers at the lodge, really could of had better pressure thst is all. Oh and pizza trays, needed to be at the lodge, went out and bought some so we could have homemade pizzas made with the kids. x Everything else was just perfect. The staff at reception were lovely. Security were amazing and friendly also the hot tub dude was friemdly and good. Also all the activities were 10 out of ten. Ranger Sam amd T at twitchen were lovely and helpful. Cant fault that at all. Even the stsff in the shop was lovely.We had such a good time we have aleady booked for next year and cant wait to have another fun filled time xx The food we ordered on the nights when i didnt cook was lovely just a little over priced.

Beautiful lodge, hot tub temperature broken and maintenance was unable to fix it so felt colder than our friends hot tub. Swimming pool was felt a lot colder than last year
