We loved the pools - they were very clean and there was something for everyone. (except for some grit/sand in the pool around the edges) The staff were all so lovely! Especially the ladies we spoke with on reception. They couldnt do enough to help us. Really appreciated them! So thank you. We loved magician 🎩 the kids thought he was amazing!. We had booked as a family of 13 between 4 caravans and were all very impressed on how you placed us in caravans next to each other.

We had a brilliant holiday! We loved our caravan. It was a silver. We found the living area to be spacious. The caravan was very clean. We were very impressed with the evening entertainment. We saw: Ibiza tribe, Forever Jackson and musicals. Wow! We throughly enjoyed these acts and far surpassed expectations. We played bingo on our last night and regret not playing before as was easy to follow with the numbers being on the screen. The out door swimming pool was great, the slides very good. We enjoyed the walk over to Twitchen and the indoor pool slides were a hit with our children (age 11 & 13) All the staff we encountered were cheery and welcoming, which really does make a difference to the over all feel of the park and holiday experience. The shop was reasonably price. We loved the selection of gifts and sweets. Thank you for a great holiday.

Friendly staff , super clean caravans it looked brand new , great facilities, also everyone was very accepting of our autistic son and super helpful by the pools for our two type 1 diabetic sons this can be tricky to manage poolside

The caravan was clean, tidy and well maintained. There was lots for the children to do. The play area and pitch were good. There seemed like a good range of evening entertainment but this isn’t something that we experienced due to having little ones.

Reception staff are amazing. Staff in restaurant could be better when bringing meals out but portion sizes and food itself was spot on.
