Great pitch and facilities

We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and slides and splash area. The weather was incredible so this added to the enjoyment! The shower and toilet facilities are a good size and kept reasonably clean. The shop was well stocked and stuff were friendly. The prices were really reasonable. The arcade was great and also reasonably priced for games. The staff was very friendly! Although there are some areas I've put in 'improve' we would certainly return and the children had an amazing time, and we felt very safe on the site. Thank you!

As always, kids had a fantastic time, staff were brilliant and everyone had so much fun. Great to be close to so much outside of the park - but also no need to go anywhere if we just fancy something a bit more relaxed.

The swimming was definitely the highlight of our trip with two young children. Our 6 year old who is generally quite timid and usually won’t do go down a small slid in the pool absolutely loved the outdoor slides and spent hours having the time of his life. We would also like to give the young guy in the arcade a shout out and massive thank you (we didn’t get his name) Saturday evening around 9ish who ever soo kindly traded my sons tickets for prizes which was a cheeky ask and he really didn’t have to so he really made the end of our trip for our son . We didn’t really the kiosk closed at 7pm so THANKYOU!. Overall just a brilliant! Perfect end to the half term!

It was a great pitch with lots to do even on the melting heat. The cinema was great the sea, pool and arcades were daily stops. The holiday didn’t score 10 as with the heat (totally out of your control) we don’t feel we explored enough on our site or the other two available to us within brand. We will have to come back

We were lucky. Weather was amazing. So outside pool although busy is fantastic. Entertainment also great. As always staff brilliant.

The facilities are great, lits to do and wvwrything is very clean. I didnt see many activities available at twitchen house but we were able to book for Woolacombe bay. Seemed odd given the climbing wall and trampoline were at twichen house, until we experienced the lack of staff.
