Chris the ranger was brillant with our autistic son doing the activities. Bit annoyed he was out of certificates tho. The lady who did bungee jumping with my son. Didn't get her name made it very fun even if it was a bit wet. The receptionists are brillant. Alm of them work hard. Loved cinema we were the only ones there. Arcade people fab as always x

We had such a lovely week at Twitchen House. The site is in such a good location and there was loads for us to do both on the park and around Woolacombe. Poppy absolutely loved it which made the holiday for us, especially the entertainment and being able to spend loads of proper family time together. The park itself was really nice, the staff were friendly and we just felt relaxed the whole time. It was our first proper trip away in the caravan like this and we’ve come home with so many lovely memories. We’d definitely come back again.

The site it’s great and the fact we can use All 3 sites . We stayed in our caravan on the super pitch 3 times this year . Love the fact that pools are free and u no need booking . Site it’s very clean and very good looked after. Staff very helpful.

We loved the nature activities and Ranger Chris, it was a bit different and was really engaging. The cleanliness of the toilet block was amazing. The gentleman cleaning them was there at 07:00 every morning and was completely visible and constantly working. We enjoyed the entertainment and the staff worked really hard to make them engaging.

What stood out to me in this break most was the welcoming friendliness within the art shed and pottery painting at Twitch House. From our first visit to paint pottery to friendly conversation of a familiar face on returning to purchase milkshakes, the lady that was here everyday of our stay was delightful and always had time for a brief conversation, ask how the stay was and what we had been upto that day.
