What stood out to me in this break most was the welcoming friendliness within the art shed and pottery painting at Twitch House. From our first visit to paint pottery to friendly conversation of a familiar face on returning to purchase milkshakes, the lady that was here everyday of our stay was delightful and always had time for a brief conversation, ask how the stay was and what we had been upto that day.

We all enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the entertainment and the shows. The only thing that let it down was the pitch itself as it was so unlevel that we couldn’t get the motorhome level properly, we have stayed on both sites easwell and Twitchen which we found easwell better because it was more level,

My teenage grandchildren enjoyed the Wave Machine enormously. Pitch H29 was spacious and not too sloping.

We love our holiday at twitchen the super pitches are great however there was a group of 3 families and from the moment we got there until we left they sat watching us the whole time, when I spoke to the lady on the pitch next to me I said how they made us feel uncomfortable she also agreed. We went for breakfast on the last morning and it took forever to be brought to us and when it was it was cold and it tasted awful

Enjoyed that the camping facilities were kept clean and tidy at all times. Always a presence of a housekeeper. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff everywhere.
