The kids had a great time, views were stunning from our pitch and pools were great fun. Staff were very friendly and work very hard. Slides were great in both pools. Kids loved the entertainment.

We have been for several trips but usually in a caravan, this was the first time we camped. I was really impressed with the shower and toilet facilities on the camping side, these were kept really clean and the layout of the shower cubicles is amazing

The facilities are lovely and clean and the pools and water slides are great. We enjoyed the entertainment this year, especially the Sabrina Carpenter tribute.

Pitch was a good size and level and had a nice view. Toilet and shower facilities good and liked we could get food delivered to our pitch.

The site was very well maintained and laid out. The shower/toilets were great very clean and all functional. The whole central hub, was clean and smart and lots of fun. Shop well stocked, activities for the kids were really good, we loved Ranger Chris! Pools were clean and good fun. Walk down to the beached was also great, we did this every day. Cinema was great fun, and staff on reception always friendly and helpful.

Could not fault and the cleaners are a credit to you, the toilet / shower block was always impeccable no matter the time of day or night. Site was fantastic with plenty to do for both the adults and children Will be getting myself booked again for the same week next year where I would hope to get the same pitch

We love Twitchen house, it’s the perfect holiday and always so clean and well cared for, even during the busy season. This is why we keep coming back! The facilities are perfect to keep us all busy, and we really liked not having to book swimming this time

We loved that you didn’t need to book or pay to use the pools and that they were open late. We also enjoyed the mini golf, again it was great that there wasn’t a charge for this. The showers and toilets were in good condition also, the cleaning team were friendly and did a great job. On the whole the team at Twitchen park were extremely friendly and helpful, our only disappointment was the incident with the hairdryer, which I have listed below.
