The staff at check in were so friendly! They instantly made us all feel excited to be there. Customer service is sooo important to people's experience of a venue and the holiday park staff were fantastic. Even the people working at the onsite shop were so helpful and cheerful! The view from the camping pitch was beautiful. Being able to jump between the parks was also great when you wanted a change of scenery.

We camped on a non electric pitch on k field. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We like that we can use all 3 sites. We will be back.

The staff we all meet are great. New swimming pool is great and water slides The cinema is always good - but when we go on Saturday - Sunday the viewing of the kids movies always appears to be at not the best times.

Everything was perfect. The best campsite I ever visited. Perfect grass clean and modern facilities. Lots of space. Very good location. People on site are very friendly.

Great value for money (the amount included in the booking price). Short distance from pitch to facilities. Facilities available on site were clean and plentiful; toilets, showers, shops etc. Friendliness of staff; two of which went above and beyond to help us.

There was lots of seating for all my family to gather as one. We had three seperate bookings all with kids/ older ages/ and there was something for everyone. So it was very inclusive and we would be back again for sure!

Great value for our stay. We camped and had a great spot. Access to all facilities and also in the woolacombe bay site too. We had a great time.

Such a lovely park with lots for the little ones the only thing is there isn't enough seating for the evening entertainment the room needs to be bigger or maybe another venue on site .

Everything we had a great time. A really well run holiday park. The children loved the pools. We loved the Terraces where you could sit and watch the children and have a drink. We stayed at Twitchen House but went to Woollcombe bay. It was good to be able to use bot facilitise.
