Loved the high effort on cleanliness of all the facilities and grounds - keep it up! The toilet blocks and grounds were always being cleaned and that makes a big difference to a large camping site. Loved the ease and layout of the grounds and loved the addition of the live music canopy area that was excellent addition. Love not having to book pools and being able to turn up. Loved the fact it wasn't too busy and that we had space on the campsite for our tents without being too close to others tents.

We love Twichen House. We come back every year sometimes even twice as we did this year. We enjoys the facilities and the proximity of the park to the beach.

The views around the park were phenomenal, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, they always had a smile on their face and were happy to help. We loved that there was so much to do around the site that you didn’t really need to go anywhere.

Facilities and activities on offer were great and the kids loved them. Loved being able to walk between the holiday camps and use all facilities. Beautiful location, with well sign posted walks. Great to not have to book pool slots. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

An absolutely brilliant stay. The entertainment was better than Centre Parcs. The Science Dude in particular was fantastic and that's after having seen his show last year! Blast Off Boogie was brilliant too. Red Riding Hood was good, but sometimes hard to hear characters or others were too loud. Loved the nature activities - Ranger Ramble and Survival bracelet making. Pottery was great too. Restaurant has good variety of options. Would appreciate a few healthier kids options. Having been here a couple of times before, only real difference this time coming in August instead of July, was noticeably dirtier showers. Completely understand this is hard to manage but shavings all over shower 1, sanitary items on shower 2 with walls covered in hair. Would love more educational opportunities, as this is such a fantastic stay!

I loved the holiday it was really good fun. The best thing was what a fantastic view we had from the campsite. A second would be the different water activities.
