We didn’t go to the entertainment. The check in is very slow. We parked up and walked down stood in a very long queue. Having spoken to daisy the week before who confirmed we were in field g we found we were in fact in field A which was not suitable. Thankfully our lovely receptionist managed to move us to C First class customer service

The location was fantastic, and we were lucky to have wonderful weather to make the most of the outdoor pool, and it’s a lovely walk down to the beach.

We loved the location, so close to the beach and a beautiful area. The pools were great, the indoor water slides were fast and the splash pool for younger kids was fun. Nice pool temperature and the restriction on numbers was good so it didn't get too crowded. The outdoor pool was very warm but soooooo busy and crowded it wasn't very enjoyable. Our older kids loved the Wavesurfer and the instructor was very good, our youngest child really enjoyed the bungee trampoline. We were impressed that the mini golf and pools were all included in the price and the park offered very good value for money. The caravan was spacious with ample facilities and comfortable beds.

Lots to do for small children onsite which is great. I’d come back but the caravans would have to be cleaner.

Outdoor pool and slides were great for my older girls. The park is well kept, clean and tuidy, staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Soft play kept my younger daughter amused for hours. It was nice to have a daytime activity (Parkstar led) that wasn’t payable for the teens. Great to see housekeeping staff cleaning common areas - the site looked really tidy. Onsite activities including wave surfer are great. Well stocked and friendly shop. A great value stay which is why we return as an extended family year after year.
