Comfortable 12ft wide surf-themed caravan sleeping up to 8 with one master double with Comfort Plus mattress, one twin (2’3” wide beds), one small twin (2' wide beds) and pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Spacious shower room and additional separate WC. Open plan living area featuring a dining table as part of the fitted lounge seating space and 32” flat screen TV. This is our 6th year coming to Twitchen House and we always have a wonderful time. The children love the swimming facilities and the explorers activities (lovely to see Ranger Chris back!). Will be booking again as it is such good value for money and proximity to the beach is great!

Loved the new addition of the canopy. Pools are much better now you don't need to book a slot. Check in was fast and efficient and very friendly. We have been coming to twitchen house for years and I think with the extension of the dining area and the canopy it is much more able to cope with alot of people but not feel overly busy.

We loved the free flow swimming, the entertainment and use of all the parks. Every member of staff we interacted with seemed so genuinely friendly, approachable and happy to help with any requests.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the caravan being so close to the entertainment because it was very loud at night apart from that we enjoyed everything else

Been many times before so we knew what we were getting etc. Pools were really good and always clean. Generally enough to do on site to keep kids amused This time the WIFI actually worked. Don't know if it was just location of Access Point, but I'm guessing the old free WIFI access has been dropped and effectively the legacy pay-per-day access has just become the default open wifi. If this is the case, it's been very long overdue but very welcome.

Beautiful view from Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park, with an accessible path to the beach. Pet-friendly area and a welcome pack for our dog. The downside was the neighbourhood during the first two nights of our stay. There was a lot of alcohol, noise, and even a nighttime brawl. Unfortunately, some people think they're on holiday and don't consider others. Our caravan was near the outdoor pool and attractions, so it was noisy in the evenings. Next time, I'd prefer to stay somewhere further away, especially with a dog that needs to go out.

The facilities were lovely. The fact that you could use facilities in any of the parks was a plus. The beach was very close. The food was okay. The evening entertainment was 💯. The kids loved every minute of it
